TL;DR Teo's character would hit the ground less hard after jumping off a baseball than a normal person would just jumping up and down at ground level. Like ants, they're so light that they can't get hurt.

Amateur biologist here, Flash's science is actually pretty sound. Ants don't take falling damage even at terminal velocity because their momentum (mass x velocity) and energy (0.5 x mass x velocity^2) at impact are both limited by mass.
Ants would still have a major advantage over shrunken humans because of their tough exoskeletons.
Nonetheless, the acceleration of gravity is constant for all masses across all scales (9.8 m/s^2) meaning no matter how small you are, you have very little room to accelerate across the height of a baseball (~75mm). Even if we expect air resistance to be negligible, we can expect your velocity at impact to be a measly 1.2 meters/second (2.7 mph).
If we say that human jump height is usually about 0.4 meters, our velocity of impact for a normal sized human jumping unassisted is 2.8 m/s (6.3mph), or more than twice than you would have experienced jumping off the baseball.
If we say the shrunken characters are a generous 10% the diameter of the ball at .75cm, that is 0.4% the height of a 170cm adult. Assuming mass also translates linearly, a shrunken 80kg person would have a mass of about 350 grams.
*Edit:* idk if anyone is actually taking this that seriously but for the sake of clarity, @MdMDmD pointed out if density is held constant, mass should scale proportional to a change in volume, not just height. That means the shrunken humans should weigh about 6.8 grams, even *less* than I used in my calculations.
"The NHTSA standard for a sudden impact acceleration on a human that would cause severe injury or death is 75 g's for a '50th percentile male.'" This part is a where my knowledge of physics breaks down a bit, there are studies on the many aspects of a lethal fall in humans and how the forces of impact contribute, how different terrain and body positions can affect deceleration at different rates, but just to simplify things lets make up some Force = mass x acceleration. At 75 g's an 80kg person experiences a force of about 60,000 newtons.
Conversely, even if our 350g shrunken human lost all of their energy on impact in 1/100th of a second (I'm fudging the numbers here so we're playing it safe), they would only decelerate at about 12g, and experience a force of impact of 42 newtons???
If someone smarter than me wants to tell me if I screwed something up be my guest! But if I'm even in the right order of magnitude, that shit is absolutely incredible. Ants must feel invincible just dropping out of trees and stuff.
