    It’s 10:00 pm August 18, 2024. I’ve been doing Wim’s technique for about a month now and it has really opened up my mind and heart. Tonight I’m going to try it for prepping myself for a deep, restorative sleep. That is my intention. So now I have not only made my intention. I have shared it. 😄 Sweet dreams and all the love, all the power to everyone who reads this post. Thank you, Wim. ❤

    I did. the breathing yesterday…and something crazy happened. It felt like I could feel down to the deepest part of my souls and could calm it down. At the same time I had a feeling of great inner joy. I could feel everything in me pulsating and vibrating and knew I could keep my breath for a long time. I did. three rounds and felt I could keep my breath way longer as usual so I did it a nother three times with my girlfriend stopping the time…I went three round for at least 2:15min…but what happened was in the third round I thinking knocked out and woke up coughing…not scared or nothing…like waking up from a very pleasant dream. It was a great experience…and it showed me what is important…to go deep inside of you and if you get there you can activate powers that are very great. Does that make sence???

    Wim lost his wife to depression.
    Over O2 your lymphoids, blood system and body;
    there will be no room for inflammation in your body and or your biological presence. Depression, Cancer and Tumors, ALL have the same attractor, ALL start with inflammation.
    This technique of immunization within your system, will drive out inflammation,
    Do this technique 2x daily. 12 minutes per beginner session and those 24 minutes of your 24 hours of your presence, in the moment, will biologically change your body's state of health.
    How you think and how you feel
    creates your state of being.
    Thus taking away excuses of,
    I am this way because.....
    Get on it!!!!

    if 30 breaths for 3 rounds is basic then 50 breaths for 5 rounds could be considered advanced, but if it's an awakening or mystical trance that they are looking for, they could try this, round 1: 50 breaths, round 2: 100 breaths, round 3: 200 breaths, round 4: 400 breaths, round 5: 800 breaths
    turning it basically into a combination of wim hof and holotrophic breathwork

      For me, my mind wandering is what makes the time pass quicker. Once I start to focus, I end up focusing on the fact that I'm going to have to breathe soon and WANT to breathe soon and then it progresses to the end very quickly. When I'm 'watching a movie' in my mind of something in my life, I find I don't notice the time passing.

    This is so true. I go through seasons where I’m just doing the breathing like a checklist item and rushing through it, not being present, thinking about what I’m going to do next, and in this times I don’t end up getting the symptoms and have shorter retention. If I am fully present and focused and taking my time, it’s a totally different experience.

      Yes me too. I think it's still good to do it even if you don't do it 'well', as at the end of the day you are exercising the lungs. But it's so true that the variation in depth and ability is surprising depending on the effort or mental state.

      Love is always underneath the anger, an is always welcoming with open arms ❤
      What also helped me, are sulfeggio frequencies in combination with chanting or humming. Feels amazing. Sometimes I also to TRE, so I basically shake my body but don't do this one just like that. It can be scary for some that it might not be that easy to handle but still worth looking into 😂

    I living in a warm place , no cold bath , even cold water is like 20 degrees . Should I buy ice cubes and fill up the bath ? (some easier alternatives to that to get in to the cold ?) . Also should I do it alone , is there safety measures ? Thanks for your kindness
