So I hold a very negative image of myself and do not have much self love, but after only 2 minutes of this montra I started to cry and my heart chakra began to ache with pain. Very powerful stuff.

Mine has been locked too for the same reasons but slowly opening. We will heal ❤
There is a process where you can activate the chakras by vocalizing with certain sounds, combined with certain affimations. It helps you to "feel" the affirmations in relation to each chakra as well as being incredibly calming because humming activates the vagus nerve.
@@sanamsitaram7940 I noticed it accidentally when I was just humming that it relaxes my body, which has been super tense for over a year now. Seed Mantras are great, but activating the heart will require so much more work I think..
@@laurihuttunen4550 i noticed that when the heart is not open, chances are there is something we are not expressing too. Clear the throat, be authentic and you clear the heart space too, as well as feeling more grounded in your root. Finding out what it is you aren't dealing with on the other hand, might take work if you don't know what it is already 🌟 good luck on your healing journey ❤

So...I took the little chakra test and it said I needed to heal my heart chakra. So I find this video and immediately after the chants begin, my eyes fill up 😭

Is it YAM or JAM? I believe the gentleman is chanting JAM, and the only reason I bring it up because I'm thinking YAM, which plays on my mind and it shouldn't in meditation. If he indeed is saying JAM, I suggest taking this chant down and redoing it with the correct pronunciation, YAM.

however the colour of heart chakra is Grey not green. Study the Holy Scriptures before to explain an ancient concept based to a very studies.
if you study for exemple the Gheranda-Samhita (principal text of a real hatha-yoga) you can find the true color of all chakra.
Muladhara: yellow-gold
Svadhisthana: white-silver
Manipura: red
Anahata: grey-smoke
Vishudda: indigo
Ajna: white (because encloses all the colors)
Sahasrara: there is no color because it goes beyond the creation
