Hi, congrats on your bag! I have the same bag but monogram. My favorite part of the bag is the inserts. The credit card holder I got my name engraved. My name is Dee and I engraved it in capital letters in Gold in the middle. I am so glad they do the engraved for free. Yes please do a video

Michelle Cabanas Hi Michelle, thank you! Yes I asked for my hot stamp in person during my visit to purchase. Unfortunately, due to covid 19 Louis Vuitton will only provide hot stamping services on brand new items. Once you take it home, they will not hot stamp. This however is only temporary. Once the world gets back to normal, they will begin their normal hot stamp procedures. I have a few pieces I want hot stamped but they aren’t brand new anymore so I’ll have to wait until all of this is over. Hope that helps! Thanks for reaching out. ❤️
