I've watched tons of interviews with Cesar, but this has got to be the best one yet. He is such a natural showman, while keeping it real at the same time.
So true. I only wish I beat Cesar to the punch on monitizing this lol. For him it was Lassie for me it was Dr Dolittle. Could never understand how others don't have multiple species under one roof. It was always so natural to me.
What I love about it how much it can influence every aspect of my life, like In very impatient but to lead my dog I have to be patient I have to have more patience then the dog. And the dog seems to have unlimited patience :D So I need to train my ability. And then I become more patient overall which is very beneficial
Probably the most important lesson taught by Cesar "I don't see a dog as a student, I see a dog as a teacher". Ironically the Native Americans thought the same thing about wolves!!
My understanding is that the *Indians saw all of the natural world, especially the animals, as teachers. By the way, if you have not seen the movies 'Windwalker' and 'DreamKeeper' - do it. Many of the actors in Dreamkeeper are North American Indians. Whenever possible, they even had actors from the right tribe. *'Native' simply means where someone was born. Everyone who was born in the Americas is literally a 'native American'. 'Indian' is reportedly from Columbus' observations of the fits people he met in the New Wold. In his diary he wrote about these people living in harmony with each other and their environment - and said they were 'a people 'en Dios' ', o a people living in God, or with God. 'En Dios' became Indians. It was another 250 years before the Asian sub-continent then known largely as Hindustan was called India - or so I have read.
Other lessons "Never goes in confront the nature". And God make the man to care the paradise garden. No to destroyer it. The holly bible is not say "And God Bless America and send us to makin Great Again"
@@Jefferdaughter The purpose of Columbus' voyage was to find India, so they used the misnomer Indians, so people today still say things like West Indies, etc. Native, indigenous are proper terms. When Columbus arrived, those people he encountered were native to that land. And technically, we should say the Americas, America just took it as their official name. There is a lot of history to all of these terms.

It still blows my mind. People that interview Cesar. You can tell just buy the questions they ask they're not listening to what he is saying. The reason their dogs won't behave. Love you Cesar, and love lasts a lifetime. ;)
Been sifting through Ceasar Millan videos to find one that I could show my roomates and have them actually get what and why to treat our dogs that way. Definitely think this is the one. It's so simple, and yet he is completely right about how modern culture just isn't aware of these concepts. Living in the now, being calm and even submissive while maintaining control, body language, etc they are all out of our lexicon and it is apparent in our pets and our children. The more he works with people's specific problems the more aspects of control I saw that I was lacking. It's fascinating how easily he can find and communicate the problems and solutions to behavior problems.
I grew up on a working farm. Animals are just that. We always loved them, but we’re dealt with them as animals. When I picked my last Doberman, I chose the one who was laid back, just went to a corner and laid down with a toy after the initial excitement of our arrival. He was always very easy going and calm through his whole life. The middle of the pack dog is the easiest to train and live with. He weighed 110 lbs, and I was the Alpha, and he knew it.
There are a lot of amazing people in this world, however Cesar millan is not amazing, he's exceptional and extraordinary. There are only a few people in this world who are in that category. I find Steve Irwin and Cesar millan in the same category. When Cesar leaves this Earth, there will never be another person like him.
It has happened to me that I live in Ireland (the weather is less than beautiful) and I go anywhere and I bring my dog and I leave it outside, it could be a shop, it could be a pub, it could be anywhere I just go everywhere with my dog because I made the effort of teaching it to stay outside waiting for me and not crossing roads. Lots of those times, people who see my dogs out there waiting for me in the rain, tell me their dogs are having a much better time because they're comfortably on their couch. I think the dog would rather be out and about with them even if it's cold and raining than on the couch, dry and warm and boring. My dog is always loose and well behaved and not bored to tears. People confuse dogs with baby humans, in my opinion that's a big mistake. When you have the dog with you constantly you teach it manners because it'd be impossible to be doing stuff with it otherwise. The dog is only going to do what you allow it to do, if you don't really want to put up with something and you're going to be with the dog all day, you just don't let it do it. It's not so difficult. You don't need to be aggressive, at least with puppies you only need to be more stubborn than they are. Let's see who wins. I'm stubborn! I'll win for sure... Sometimes you get a really hyper energetic pup, then you need to make it run until it's tired and then it's like any other dog. Once it gets tired everyday for a while it'll get used to being like the other more calm dogs. I think you just explain that to people more diplomatically (politically correct).
Oh my gosh you're so right you have to exercise one of the basics for your dog before you train it so many people want to take their dog outside and start training it and it's like no exercise it let it get that energy out and let it be a dog let it go poopy and let it you know like run around a little bit and then you'll do a training exercise you don't train them for hours and hours you train it for 10 minutes and then you stop and up and you set him up for success by ending on a command that they do well so you can praise them so training is throughout the day 510 minute blurbs and then you stop but You're so right when you have your dog with you it's so happy because you're the pack you're making a part of the pack so glad that you get it.
Cesar! As a Mexican need to said that I'm very proud of you I admire your career I'm a big fan not only for the dog whisperer! Also the person! You have being a example of the American dream and the dreams come true prove showing what many Mexicans are about........thank you Cesar
Cesar... your energy is amazing as always. Unbelievable that you kept that entertaining conversation going with the dullest most non responsive interviewer ever seen on a stage! Great job and God Bless! 🙌
@@ixcellestev12 But nearly all Americans are immigrants...and have bad leaders so they may need to look at that...as the Global Reset and bioweapons etc seem to be a bit of a problem at the moment

39:57 crying... Been there, done that.... The only loyal person to me was my dog. Thank god that stage is over, but i still remember it. Doys are a mans best friend, without any doubt
So many life lessons which can teach us to remember our fundamentals and if followed by each one of us, can help in making our surroundings a better place to live. Huge fan of Ceaser for how simple yet powerful his advises are for us to learn and keep following through ❤️❤️
1:30:00 Dog tells you the reality, Human tells you the story. That is so true! I once was waiting for the bus, together with a lady with a white Pomeranian. Now, I was going to a difficult exam, and was quite nervous about it... The dog was cute and I asked if I could pet it. "Sure... she is calm!" and I reached out... The dog GRRRRR and nearly bit me. Lady-Owner astonished: She never behaves like this! Me: Don't blame the dog! She likely senses that I am nervous to the teeth for my exam. So right now, to her, I am not a good person.
I really liked when the lady spoke about her job working with child behavior and she asked Cesar if he used the same technique raising his children. He said yes, direct communication, follow through and love. I did the same thing with my Stepson and so many people just didn't understand but it is all about being consistent, follow through, and love. He turned out to be an awesome man.
He's an expert based on experience and results. He had much success before the TV show came along. The show was a result of his respected reputation built by many, many, satisfied happy dog owners whose animals he's helped where other trainers with degrees failed. I do understand and get your point. Obviously you're an animal lover and you have that in common w/Cesar. His goal is to heal and help. He's done that for more death row animals than Dunbar or Overall, for that I respect him.
Thank you Cesar! I have two 3 year old male Pekingese, brothers, who for the past year have been constantly fighting and injuring each other, one almost lost an eyeball. I’ve had to separate them for weeks and months. Very sad situation. I knew that I had to reinforce my dominance over them, that I was the Alpha not them, but couldn’t find proper advice on how to implement this. I started watching your videos and follow your instructions. Definitely they needed more structure, boundaries, discipline, simplicity and routine. All your advices were vital to their rehabilitation and my training. Thank you!!👍👍👍
Additionally, This particular dog owner, in the episode you've referenced, now works for Cesar at his DPC because of how pleased she was w/the transformation in her Chihuahua. He's a happy well balanced dog w/out aggression, who shows no signs of having experienced trauma. As I said I can see you love animals. I respect that about you. I appreciate all who work and spend time helping & saving dogs; Dunbar, Overall, Millan, Stilwell, and those like you. It takes a village united, not divided.
Caesar Milan you were the king and now you are emperor, champion, I have learned so much from you, not only about dogs but about humans and dogs in general, thank you very much.....
Cesar is a legend and great Hero for animals and bringing beautiful love and world community together. Animals are beautiful empathic souls to teach us humans how love. I always watch his videos. XOXO Hugs and Love
The interviewer did an awesome job with his questions. Ceasar was, also, awesome, I enjoyed his showmanship, the way he used to explain techniques.. he really kept it very entertaining, yet, kept the audience very focused. I will be watching more of his shows..
I think what cesar says when he talks about dogs having pretty much everything here in the united states but having psychological problems is an observation about our society as much as the dogs
I love hearing about people and their pets going on adventures. Reminds me of all the fun i had with my German Shepherd Buddy. I never had a better wingman and companion, he was my confidence. Still trying to heal.
I'm used to Junior always carrying this image of being the ideal, very well-behaved role model dog we see in Cesar's shows so I really find it amusing to see this side of him. Probably one of those rare, precious moments (at least onscreen) when he "acted like a baby" - whining to his owner to beg for his ball.. and it was so hilarious when he did that adorable pose at 3:11 and his awkward moves at 3:29. I just hope to see more of these! XD
My name is Malinda. Living in South Africa. I see a lot of people adopting dogs and never train the dog or will I rather say they get trained to understand the dog, so they can do what both needs to know or to behave. So sad, to see dogs in the street and loved by someone. I wish I had Ceazar Millan right here in S. A. How to train dogs or train me and train people to have fun with lost dogs and have a kennel for them with food, water and blankets. Where do we get to the expenses to begin this and uphold it. Train all of them and show people how to care. I still need to learn so much even though I have eleven dogs of my own and they all respect me, so do I love them. We have a great relationship, but still need to learn a lot. Thanks Ceazar for all the movies one can learn from. Your a great person with a great personality.
I love how Cesar's ways of training n understand dogs first, then giving strick commands to the poor dogs in human's ways n without knowing the feelings of dogs!! Very negative energy for both the dog n owner. Cesar is more to Neutral + positive energy. God bless u Cesar n all animals 🐾🐾🐾🐾❤❤ also i hope more human kind will love animals n stop eating meat 😢😢

I appreciate how Cesar admitted some of the background work he did to introduce Junior to Daddy. That right there sets the tone for successful training. Good on you Cesar.
Its the first time Ive seen such a huge response of likes, views and comments and absolutely NO dislikes...Maybe there is hope for the Human Race after all!!
I love how Cesar portrays the people around their dogs. My neighbors have a dog who barks a lot, can’t walk on a leash normally, and all day it goes like: don’t do that, stop, stop, sit sit sit sit sit sit sit. No no no no no no. Stop doing that!!!! No no no! Please stop right now, please. Poor dog, it’s so confused. I hope they will binge some Cesar episodes because clearly they have no idea what they are doing, they need Cesar.

Oh my gosh you're so right you have to exercise one of the basics for your dog before you train it so many people want to take their dog outside and start training it and it's like no exercise it let it get that energy out and let it be a dog let it go poopy and let it you know like run around a little bit and then you'll do a training exercise you don't train them for hours and hours you train it for 10 minutes and then you stop and up and you set him up for success by ending on a command that they do well so you can praise them so training is throughout the day 510 minute blurbs and then you stop but You're so right when you have your dog with you it's so happy because you're the pack you're making a part of the pack so glad that you get it.
the interviewer has no idea...
Cesar! As a Mexican need to said that I'm very proud of you I admire your career I'm a big fan not only for the dog whisperer! Also the person! You have being a example of the American dream and the dreams come true prove showing what many Mexicans are about........thank you Cesar
I never realized how comical Caesar can be.
Thank you, Cesar . Best one I ever saw.
Cesar... your energy is amazing as always. Unbelievable that you kept that entertaining conversation going with the dullest most non responsive interviewer ever seen on a stage! Great job and God Bless! 🙌
enjoyed every second. thanks for posting. seems like i learn a new thing every time i listen to this man
this had me dyin from the dog owner impressions. hes basically a stand up comedian.
Brilliant! So helpful and fun. Gracias. Cesar and Benoit-Lewis and Junior for sharing your good vibes with us.
Cesar, you are hysterical!
Junior’s reactions r priceless 😂❤️ will miss u Junior ❤️🥺
I love His story! That's the reason I'm against building a wall to keep great people like Cesar out!
Cesar is 1 of a kind ! The mold broke when he was made !
Out 20 people who come thru the border 3 are like Cesar. Tell you by experience as an immigrant myself.
@@ixcellestev12 But nearly all Americans are immigrants...and have bad leaders so they may need to look at that...as the Global Reset and bioweapons etc seem to be a bit of a problem at the moment
I love you Cesar..... You have a beautiful soul and heart ..helping all the animals and all the people (who need lots of help) to make dogs lives calm and happy xxx Thank you x
Thank you Cesar for all your help. Love your humor and your love for dogs and humans. ❤️
39:57 crying... Been there, done that.... The only loyal person to me was my dog. Thank god that stage is over, but i still remember it. Doys are a mans best friend, without any doubt
Yea, we're lucky to have Caesar around, showing us gentle training methods with dogs and respect for them.
Cesar for President, I love Cesar you teach me so much, thank you.
So many life lessons which can teach us to remember our fundamentals and if followed by each one of us, can help in making our surroundings a better place to live. Huge fan of Ceaser for how simple yet powerful his advises are for us to learn and keep following through ❤️❤️
“Parallels with raising a child…” so, true… just love, support, respect, discipline, follow through
1:30:00 Dog tells you the reality, Human tells you the story.
This also happen to me
Cesar for 2020! Who agrees!?
lol I thought about it too
Blesssss this great man,,dogs and all that is offered ,Which is secure, calm, confident, contented dogs and humans!!!
Cesar is the Best Teacher for Humans 1st Dogs 2nd
Junior is excellently behaved throughout the interview. Cesar brings a wealth of knowledge. 💖
yup. "Daddy never whine"
Thanks to Cesar Milan I now have a happy & healthy dog. He is now six. I wish more people use his method. And raise dogs the right way 🐶
This is, at least, the third time I watch this interview. Now I know, I'm going to see it back agian in a few months or years.
I really liked when the lady spoke about her job working with child behavior and she asked Cesar if he used the same technique raising his children. He said yes, direct communication, follow through and love. I did the same thing with my Stepson and so many people just didn't understand but it is all about being consistent, follow through, and love. He turned out to be an awesome man.
wow what an interview....so much wisdom....i wish the entire population could listen
yes it's not the breed it's the owner ..
I think Cesar's sense of humour is what gives him balance and enables him to take control of situations
He deals with people who are emotionally over-invested in their pets. If he didn't have a sense of humor, this job would destroy him.
Cesar seems to understand better the causes of economic crisis than any of my university professors👍
We,love this mentor amazing a lot of fun.
I ok knknkon hi
The interviewer did an awesome job with his questions.
Ceasar was, also, awesome, I enjoyed his showmanship, the way he used to explain techniques.. he really kept it very entertaining, yet, kept the audience very focused.
I will be watching more of his shows..
Thank you so much for the interview. I totally loved every minute. Fantastic job.
❤ love this interview, Cesar is a natural in getting a point across.
Cesar is brilliant. He brings such good to all.
I have such respect for him.
I think what cesar says when he talks about dogs having pretty much everything here in the united states but having psychological problems is an observation about our society as much as the dogs
Indeed 😔😔
Every dog owner should see this interview.. loving this interview 🤎
XD
Dash Cole this was 2012. Now, he's a senior. 😂
So much respect and admiration for this man
So informative the whole time, thank you Caesar!!💐
I love this interview. Big big lesson. Raw and truth. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh my God Cesar Millan has a weird but badass sense of humor lol
Me encanta la entrevista , este hombre es maravilloso en su mision..Aprendiendo mucho de el
Junior’s eyes are so cute 😱😱
yes I agree
Cesar is a legend
CESAR is awesome, MY FAVORITE moments 36:04 lol,
Definitely the highlight of the show. "Daddy never whines☝"
He's an amazing person who loves dogs and an amazing person to learn from ❤
He’s just awesome …
What more to say
Ceasar!! I saw here that your pitbull followed you around that stage loyally and protective respecting ypu making sure you are safe at all times its a great dog I love that you love th understand them and feel them so much Bless your soul muahhhh❤❤❤❤❤❤
Cesar is such a great man!
2024, and I’m still looking out for Cesar the movie… he could be a great actor😂 love this way of showing why dogowners are sometimes the goofy ones…
cesar is a smart guy, and not just with dogs
I appreciate how Cesar admitted some of the background work he did to introduce Junior to Daddy. That right there sets the tone for successful training. Good on you Cesar.
I did not know this dude was so deep..I'm a forever fan..
33:44 to 36:47 is the best part in the video...😂❤️👌👌
His calm assertiveness made me submit🦦
Its the first time Ive seen such a huge response of likes, views and comments and absolutely NO dislikes...Maybe there is hope for the Human Race after all!!
I couldn’t stop laughing 😂! Cesar is hilarious!
Dogs are so amazing. Humans DO NOT deserve them. HF put them here to teach us. If only we were willing to learn from them the way Cesar has.
