Hi, 4k is a very difficult budget to recommend a good running shoe. If you can go for adidas adizero SL 2 then, that would be a good fit… otherwise nike winflo 11 or 10 if you can get it at your price point.

Both are excellent shoes.. sl2 is a bit softer n gentler.. ride 17 is firm n bouncier.. ride 17 is also a bit durable..
