    आपकी podcast से मैं बहुत motivate हुआ। मैंने आपकी हर एक podcast अपने बच्चों को बिठा कर साथ में देखी । आपकी छोटी shorts भी बहुत motivate करती थी कि हमक्या कर रहे है। मैं बहुत unfit और 100mtr भी नहीं दोड़ सकता था। मेरी age 42 है मैंने नवंबर 1 से running start की है और अभी तक मैं एक 11km trail run और दो 10km run किया है 00:59 minets के time से. केवल आप जैसे heros ही motivate और सही मार्गदर्शन दे सकते है। आप की लाइफ से बहुत ऊर्जा मिलती है 🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Sir....I am from devbhoomi uttarakhand....I used to run 5 km in morning and 5 km evening...after all my routine work and study....and it took me around 26 min to 35 min to complete 5 km running.... and sir I promise you.... the day..i will join PARA at first i will come to meet you sir....lots of love from uttarakhand ❤❤

I have started running from past 17-18 days and doing 4-5 runs a week. This video was very helpful for preparing my schedule for runs along with intensity.     First of all thank you so much for posting this video ,it really cleared a lot of doubts about running in general .
    Also after watching this video I have made some necessary changes within my training
    Running 👟
    Monday - 3Km (Easy Run)
    Tuesday - 3Km (Easy Run)
    Wednesday - 3Km (Easy Run)
    Thursday - 1km 5 to 8 sets (Threshold Run)
    Friday - 3Km (Easy Run)
    Saturday - 3Km (Easy Run)
    Sunday -10 Km (Long Run)
    Let's see how this will turn out 😅

    Sirji your shoe is included in my wishlist. Definitely will own it one day. Right now I'm using HRX running shoes which I believe is a decent one. Also, you've inspired me a lot.     I started easy running a month ago and have started to see some changes. As suggested by you, I'll progress to Tempo and threshold running and sprinting after a few months. Would love to know more about weighted running with like ankle weights or rucksacks or holding dumbbells and also running on slopes or elevated surfaces like stairs as I plan to advance to it after building enough endurance. Would love to have a video on this and hope that you read this comment. Jai Hind!🫡
