Are you saying that double poling is a manufactured technique that only has a place in long distance races (ski classics), because it happens to be more efficient than striding?
@@jasonwooden I say that double poling got commercialized fast and now it got pushed into normal cross country skiing. Keep your cangaroo hoping for those thoughtless marathons.
@@vladislavovich100 I wouldn’t say it’s commercialized. It’s contrived. It’s only the most efficient over long distances because, let’s face it, the rules make it so. Skating is king.
