All Indians, don't choose a wrong friend! Russia has invaded Ukraine and violated and disrupted the peaceful world order! Now, if India wants to develop its economy and become a real democracy that has a good global reputation, it must come to the West side, rather than Russia! The current wold situation is quite like the dawn of WW2, there are right and evil sides. As a big country, India can't be aligned with the evil side that is represented by China, Russia, Iran, Nth Korea and Cuba. Also, India can't be neutral if Indians want the Western technologies and capital which are critical for its economical success. At this stage, Russia can't provide anything than a couple of cheap barrels of oil which can be bought anyway in t the world. Wake up, Indians!

As an Indian I agree it’s wrong that Ukrainian land has been occupied, but I ask you, can you endanger your own security?
India cannot be aligned with or against the West or Russia. India needs a supportive or at the least neutral Russia in case of a Sino-India conflict. To that end India will not antagonize Russia. Security comes first for all nations. I wish Ukraine had understood this before it tried to join NATO. Ukraine and Russia are from the same civilization and geography. They will be neighbors as long as they exist. Please sincerely work towards a negotiated peace. Else the weaker country will splinter irrecoverably.
Don't hold your breath waiting for putin's help in a sino-indian conflict! poo and xi are besties, remember? And ask Algeria how it worked out for them when they asked for russia's help, and how russia treated Georgia which territory they now partially occupy. Those 2 countries belong to CSTO, headed by russia, but putin didn't give a damn.
