- I don't have my driver's license back yet. I have a driver. Because of my brain damage and my sight. I also have a lot of trouble recognizing the foals. I just don't know them very well yet. Walking around between the horses cost me a lot of energy. As soon as I got home I rested again. Fortunately, I now have my driver's license back. And I have a little more energy.

When will Rising Star be trained and what will he be trained to do? Will be be gelded?
Just some further down today’s comments Yvonne replied that there are no plans yet for Rising Star. He’s still very young and has another year of growing up before that decision will be made. At Stal G training starts at the age of 3 🇳🇱🧡🌷

I really am amazed that you can tell all the horses apart! Without some differentiating marking or giving each their own specific colour of hair ties/halter, there's no way I'd be able to tell horses of the same colour and similar sizes apart.

I just love watching your channel Yvonne. In this crazy world, it is very calming and fun to watch the funny moments of the herd. Risey is so friendly and full of energy. He really likes Yvonne petting him! All the horses do really. I think Klaske with her utter will have plenty of milk for her future babies, when she becomes an adult Mare. Thank you Yvonne for all these videos. I have learned a lot more about horses, especially the Freisians. ❤️

I've been wondering what the plan is for Rising Star? Apparently he comes from good breeding and deserves an opportunity to demonstrate his skills. Are there any training plans for him and how will that take place? I look forward to that myself and would think Dressage is in his future.

He has plenty of time, no need to rush.
Horses are like kids. They need the basics in their training no matter what their discipline or career choice. I love working with colts and doing ground training. I always made it a game so I always had a willing student and therefore great mount, called Horsemanship.

It’s easier to pick out Rising Star from the others! However, the Friesian horses do look alike to me! It’s a good exercise for me to really look at the horses and see their differences!🥰🇨🇦

Thekla will be the only filly her age and would be interesting when she gets separated from the colts during weaning. Hope there will be another filly outside like Pieter did when he joined in with Risey and Rinse Janko for company.
Well, there is another filly in their bunch (Louwanna, Waloubet's filly) but I don't think that Myrthe will wean her as she is still with her mem right now.
More likely they will try to put Thekla with the older fillies. She can join Reina,Sanne,Mathilde and Marije (her sister).
I am always surprised to see how well the 3 boys get along,. Risey, Pieter and Rinse Janko. I keep waiting to see if they are asserting themselves to get their place in the group established.

@@quokkastarfire Rising🌟Star was born on May 25/ 20221... He is already a yearling, as are the other 2 colts( Pieter will be 2 next month!) So, Risey will he 2 in May of this year.....
