Super fun movie guys! The 146 opens up so many maneuvers never thought possible. I got mine on snow late last season and I was able to do things that were impossible on my 154 and 165. I hope I can bring what I learn on the little sled to the bigger ones this winter but Mother Nature will have to cooperate better than last season.
@@aaronmcfee506 thank you very much, unfortunately the new clutches are not on the early season 2022, but the new engine tweaks feel really solid very impressed with this sled, can't wait to try the new clutch next season.
After this season, my 163 is just becoming an absolute drag to ride because I've become so fond of ditch banging. Was thinking a 140 of some sort. This video definitely just sealed the deal.
Subbed after this. Unreal dude! You deserve more subs. Curious how the alpha rail is holding up after the abuse? Maybe shorter is much stronger? Can’t wait to absorb the rest of your content! Well done! 👊🏻
Thanks for the support buddy, trying to get more! Haha, the the 146 took a shit kicking no brace or anything it took it like a champ. On My 154 I put a rogue brace on it and seems to be really good so far!
Is that completely stock? I just bought a HC 154. Looking to find info about the stock clutching. If it's good out the box or should I switch to a different helix
Yes I grew up riding skidoo, I switched to cat in the 2018/19 season and I really enjoy riding these sleds! the cat dealer really helped me out with a sponsorship and has been really good to work with.
@@TrevsledsI grew up riding doo all the time and A/C was the enemy and now i ride 4 different A/C sleds. The reliabilty compared to the rest is what blows me away. I went through motors on the doo, if not yearly every second year and though that was normal. My sled that my wife now rides, which was my old one with over 10,000 miles and still going strong. That would have been approx 3 motors of the other brand.
Mostly the engine and reliability and also our phenomenal dealership in P.G wich I obtained a sponsorship through in 2019. I used to ride Skidoo and loved the 850!

@@Trevsleds just got a 18’ mountain cat for this season. Excited to be back on a cat! I couldn’t do an alpha because it wouldn’t do well around where I live but I can’t wait to go out west. Sick video the 146 looks like a squirrel on the side of the hill.
Love the cats …. Don’t understand why you just here about those Polaris sleds 🛷 it’s obvious that the cat ( without ) the turbo will out due most of the other sleds out there. I ride the 154 alpha and it’s amazing 🤩!! In Utah everyone is on 160-170 series sleds almost no 150 and I can still put climb , turn , hop over, and re-entry much easier. Why is everyone on a longer tracked sled ? it’s not rider weight because I see all sizes .. I’m 180 on a good day and feel a 144 would do just fine . Am I missing something ? Let me know and long love the alpha !! Best sleds on the mountain 🏔..
The cat is a beast no doubt, riding In B.C we get some big powder days I'm 225lbs and sometimes when I'm in 3 feet of new snow I wish I was on a 165 that's for sure, Also it's easier for newer riders to get around on a 165, you don't have to keep as much momentum in the deep stuff but other then that the 154" is a weapon!
That sled is mental!!! So rowdy! And ur driving is wow. Props to you for sure!
Thanks Ethan!🤘
Nice job , talented rider on a nice sled .
Nice going. Got that Cat on a string.
That is some riding! Absolute dream sled too.
