A close relative bought a Adoretrip 2500 Amp Jump Starter with Air Compressor as a Christmas present this past December. When I brought it home and plugged it in, it was completely dead. I tried charging it up for several hours, but the unit remained nonfunctional. When I informed my relative, she was, understandably, extremely upset. We attempted to contact the company through it's customer service email portal without success. Although we sent several email messages, these were completely ignored. I can't say whether this is a good product or not, because it never worked. That said, if the compressor is as shoddy as Adoretrip's customer service, giving it one star is extremely generous.
This guy is great. He tests with out favoring any brand, he's on the side of the real consumer.
