I agree .... The best review of the RRS by far, A GREAT REVIEW - no nonsense !
At last! A no nonsense, no wittty, no corny little phrases review. Factual information about the car & not about the reviewer. I've just had a long trip in my 3.0tdv6 & the mpg was 32 over 650 miles. The car is unbelievably refined, quick and very quiet. He didn't actually mention that they have double glazed windows... The 3.0 tdv6 hse is in my view the perfect everyday car. It simply does it all for me.
Still have it?
I will still take the 2.7L. Smaller disc brake rotors allow more choice in tyre sizes with 17" rims.
That music at the beginning killed me
Great review thank you.
are they reliable?
After 9 years wow.
Very good review..great job :)
I've already want to buy him..
very nice. Love from A frica
"Don't worry i will give you all a lift in my range, im very generous. you are welcome, just no chewin chips and drippin sodas on my leather interior s please she's all luxury", oh you see me daydreamin about this car. lol i love me a Range Rover.man what a machine.
Just bought the supercharged version!
How is your ownership going?
@@mr.potatofries8094 im glad I got an extended warranty, the transmission was 7k alone
@@AlanTrades trans went up at what mileage bro? & you still got it?
@@turleyy1367 starting slipping at 90k miles. No I sold it at a significant loss. The car needed much more in regards to suspension components. The dynamic suspension is complex. Although the non supercharged l320 is super reliable
@@AlanTrades I figured but I mean new trans and sorted suspension you damn near got a brand new truck when it’s said & done as long as they kept up with oil changes !! Somebody’s gonna get some good miles out that range!
I was comparing stock v. stock. Practical is a loose term. Practical is a $20,000 F-150 2wd. Neither of these two are practical. They are at or near the top of the heap in their perspective class. I looked at buying a new Raptor last month but decided on just finding, shipping over, and restoring a DEFENDER 110. For what I'll have in the 110, it'll be as much as the Raptor but worth twice as much when it's done. Both are great but have a different approach at it.
Oriented.
Why is the steering wheel on the wrong side!....
its on the right side
British!
Good job buddy
Raptors are garbage on off road trails. Wheelbase is too long and it's too wide. The Rovers also smack a Raptor when it comes to luxury. On the road the 510 HP Supercharged Range Rover will eat a Raptor alive. OK, I'll give you this: on a wide open desert road the Raptor is KING!
Couldnt agree more and 9mpg if you're lucky in a Raptor. Only thing ill say is the cooled seats are a huge plus when you need them!!
Did you watch the episode of "The Car Show" with Adam Corolla, where they tested a Raptor and bent the frame. They say that that's a "feature" of the Raptor. It keeps it from tearing up the suspension??? Say what?
Range Rover my dream
RangeR Rover??🧐
Thats very quite inside!
MrPheral turn on the sport mode and it’s a very, very different car!
This is hilarious; it's like you've written a script and then used the thesaurus in MS Word to edit every second word!
It still has tailpipes :-)
When you do review you should also put how stupid is made this car... Trasmission service is not possible if you dont buy crap china parts or take transmission out.... with original parts is not possible... and that just the beginning of the story... make the review honest...
The review was made 9 years ago dumbass, there is no such think as transmission service on a brand new car
