Have to make a stool if nothing else to test the weight limit, physics! But please let the potato jug DRY 1st or they will rot.FYI if you heat the nail for making holes in salt/pepper they will be neater. If you put a lid on the TP holder and a way to hang it would work great for camping.

The potato one is cool, perhaps painting the bottle or using a non see through one. Potatoes become toxic when they are growing or green.
