Yes! I've been waiting for you to turn up! Watching the workers in front of my house at night, I've noticed all the plant now have blue lights fixed all round shining down onto the road. Is to warn workers on the ground (who I witnessed were wearing ear protectors, totally engrossed in their task, raking etc; BUT looking down), that heavy machinary is now near them? Road laying is such a fluid environment, 1 min you could be on your tod next min surrounded. Please enlighten me. Never noticed it before. Great vlogs.
We can, but then they get toward needing movement orders and things like that, which for how often we load this stuff would be just a pain in the butt!

Not a clue. My job is just to drop the machines off and pick them up. I don't get involved in the actual laying of the tarmac.

Good question! It's a little but tight getting it off

Well, the paver is wider and heavier but not as long. That can be even worse to unload because you also sit higher too!

Yeah, I can put the 5th wheel back but then it's more difficult to get round the corners, especially the smaller roundabouts
