Our people are not reading this story for themselves there are going by what some body said. Another thing they have them moving around in that book. I was taught in school to read the whole book, not skip around. I read from the beginning to the end. That's how I was taught to read a book.

Your quoting scripture wrong. Matthew 24:35 (NASB) 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away. Don’t take scripture out of context. Jesus was referring to the prophecies he had just given concerning the question that disciples had to ask him, about the end of the age and the destruction of the temple. He was saying that the prophecy he had spoken about the coming destruction was true. Not the whole bible. And he only refers to the prophets and the law as scripture not the whole bible.
Dr. the Bible is referring to a different Jacob it states. You should understand that Jacob in Luke is not the same as in Matthew. Different generation.

Furthermore, there are plenty of Atheist professors who teach at Christian universities / seminary. I am very aware of the missing books and have read some of them. Just trying to understand why involve the bible at all if he doesn’t believe it.
