@@dombrown-tz3zu Of course they want Farage. He's the closest thing to a right-wing voice in mainstream politics in this country. The choice in GB Politics is this:
*Tories:* Left-wing managerial technocratic neoliberal globalists masquerading as "conservative" while being nothing of the sort.
*Labour:* Left-wing managerial technocratic neoliberal globalists masquerading as centre-right (this election).
*Lib Dems:* Left wing managerial technocratic neoliberal globalists masquerading as liberals and social democrats.

*SNP:* Left-wing managerial technocratic neoliberal globalists masquerading as nationalists.
*Plaid Cymru::* Left-wing managerial technocratic neoliberal globalists masquerading as nationalists.
*Workers Party:* Kinda ordinary left-wing Communists
*Reform UK:* Centre-right conservatives branded racists in the press for having sensible policies and being realistic about foreign policy.
I could go on but you get the picture. I have my problems with Reform, and with Farage personally, (and definitely with Richard Tice) but he'll do for now. Because otherwise, the only choices you have are technocratic globalists, social democrats or loony woke race/gender communists. All of which are left wing.
Even if you're a trad old-school lefty, the only party that really represents your politics are the Workers Party really. If you're woke, then maybe the Greens? Other than that there is very little meaningful difference between most of the main parties.
