That noise is normally associated with regenerative braking. My scooter and even in my hybrid it does that.

its literally called Speedometer. its one of the first free apps that comes up in app store. pretty much everyone uses it

What was the range you got from this bike before you need to recharge?

i recharge after every trip so its at full power every ride. the farthest i have went in one ride is 46 miles using AWD only with many hills and had about 46% battery left. It will all depend on if you have hills and if you use RWD only. It can go well over 100 miles if you have flat terrain and use RWD only and pedal assist. I have not done a full range test

i have not rode until the battery has died nor would i as that can cause harm to the battery. I have went 46 miles in AWD up many large hills as thats what i live around and was around 250lbs at the time and still had 48% of the battery left thats all i can tell you. If you are lighter and live around flat terrain and can just leave it in RWD you should get well over 100 miles
