No matter what I do, I cannot get into the reset menu. At one click I receive a “Take Your Key from Ignition” prompt. Two clicks, and I can see the trip/odometer screen, but nothing happens when I push the call and ok buttons after holding them for approx. 5 secs. There are no other known issues with key. You should see option for camera in engineering mode mine doesn’t have it. If you not see that option you probably not can retrofit rear cam without change command unit. This are the basic audio 20 unit.
I was trying to upgrade firmware of Audio 20 and It failed Now it is not allowing me to eject CD or insert CD. Any way to roll back to the previous version

That’s was a tricky question. I never tough about that, and now I don’t own a W212 anymore due to I blown the engine.
