Hello. Is there a way to do the same kind of lighting as in your video using freestyler and dmx?
so i’m looking to remotely control led light strands like these. but it is for a marching band. there will be a strand of led lights on each drum set. and i want to turn them on and off from the sideline during their performance. do you have any gear that can do that?

I bought two of these, but I can't figure out how to accomplish the rainbow effect at 10:17 of the video with the controller. The DMX mapping shows value 48-63 on Ch 5 as Rainbow Colour Changing... but all that seems to be to me is a crossfade between two colors? I can probably do with the light board but if there is a build in effect it would be easier.
at 10.17 is using program by King kong DMX controller colour shape effects.....

What led strip did you use? Ws2812b or? Which voltage? What about voltage drop? Do you connect just one side of strip or?
Is it our own custom make LED Strip is using 16703 ic , is only connect 1 side 12v Dc.

im on the same page man...lets talk!! trying to program my live shows from my DAW as effectively and cheaply as possible!
After a bunch of research I’ve narrowed it down into 2 potential options. Something like this (more capable because of the custom programming options) or something that operates as a power supply into a decoder and then lights of sli RGWBs however that set up wouldn’t have all of the cool functions this has but would be a good deal easier to set up and program (I think)
