Not bad at all !! Considering its weight, and its big battery, which the vehicle has to keep it warm. That's a lot of energy used. Moreover, this model has as 265/40/R21, thats a huge tire. Really impressive this EQS. It is the ULTIMATE luxury EV !!!! Superb video KRIS, keep it up and merry christmas from Barcelona !!!
Sorry but I think you should have reset the consumption average at the first turning point. Because now at the end of these 230 km the first part that you drove with the average of 24.8kWh influenced the way back to 50%. Because resetting after the first turning point would have meant that you could have checked out the exact consumption average on the way back and could have seen maybe let's say 21 kilowatt hours. Then you'd need to add both consumptions and ÷ by 2 and then you have a completely clear consumption average by excluding the topographic circumstances.
One year ago so many said "the 'legacy' automakers are 5 years behind Tesla". I think the cars like the EQS and others are beginning to beat Tesla at its strong point efficiency and range. That is really impressive. And don't come with "but the model s plaid is so much better". That argument does not count since you can't buy that car today and probably will not until 2023 or so.
Do you get your test vehicles directly from the manufacturer/dealer or does Bjorn just drop them off at your house?
Hahahah! Best comment ever 😂
@@KrisRifa I appreciate that you in my opinion have a nuanced view on all electric cars including Tesla

I wish they would use the more efficient and comfortable 19" AMG wheels.
@@abraxastulammo9940 So do I ! But for exemple, here in Spain, the smallest rim we have is 20 '' AMG. We do not have the option of 19 '' :(
Yeah, it is quite impressive! Imagine how it would perform in summer with 20" wheels!
@@KrisRifa For sure it will get the 500 km mark !!
Another great testing vlog! Keep it up! How about a long term update of your Audi GT…?
Thanks mate! I haven driven it in like two months, so not too much to update... trying to sell it before the Taycan Cross Turismo arrives 😊
@@KrisRifa What a shame. Why having problems selling it?
Merry Christmas Kris! This is a niiiiiice car!
Merry Christmas yourself 😊
Great test.
Based on your knowledge, what would be the range of this car if it were tested during the summer (20ºC)?

you just posted cringe
Nice review; taking delivery of a Tesla MS Plaid in two weeks, so most interested in the competition. Thanks from Las Vegas.

Happy holidays Kris.
Hi chris ,sorry for no views was busy with ancestral property disput , love you video bro
Nice! But not very attainable.
I am really hoping that you will test the BMW i4 40 soon, Kris
As far as I know you need to navigate to a charger to enable battery conditioning
What are the red flashing red lights on dashboard? That would drive me nuts seeing that.
Infrared, you don't see them. They check your attention and also for the mirror control
@@larsradtke4097 Thanks. That is why the camera picks it up and not seen by the driver.

@tbspezial Yes I have seen it. What a beauty. But it is only a concept car and will never go into production.
Do you know why every country gets a range of 330-350, but in Britain they get 450??? How come the British get an extra 100 miles range?
