- Corrupting an entire multiverse takes time. Unfortunately for you, you've dropped into one of the realities that's already been visited.
I'm aware Pibby FNF is a bit overdone at this point, but I wanted to try my hand at something like this. Thought it'd be neat!
For all of those who would like to use the song/chromatics in a mod, remix, cover, or other transformative project, feel free! Just as long as you give credit.

Bro, the melancholy melody paired with the iconic, sad-sounding “Aw, geez” makes this feel so final. Don’t even get me started with the “get out of here, you’re gonna die!” line. This is fucking epic.

Yeah, if this were to actually happen in Rick and Morty, they'd have to head to another reality. If they can't cure the Rick Potion #9 scenario, nobody's curing this.
I mean they can cure it, rick just messed up the first time
Even if they did head to a different reality the glitch is still in that universe, meaning no matter where they go, no matter how many realities get warped into nothing, no matter how many times it's avoided, one of its minions or itself will find them and take them as their own
The corruption is beyond a single universe. It plans to control everything, meaning that even if they go to a reality where they think they're safe, the corruption will get there sooner or later.

I absolutely adore the subtle fact that Mr. Meeseeks (aside from the first bar he raps) follows just a bar behind bf. Really calling back to his true purpose and what he lives to accomplish. Just thought I'd call out how neat that is!

i feel like rick and morty would be some of the only characters who cant truly get infected because there are so many universes in the rick and morty verse full of clones of eachother and maybe they could fight off the infection for a while if they all joined together

@@maxwell4508 it probably does, it seems like it breaks the in show laws (like for example in pibby’s show that this originally happens in, no violence is a baby show law that is pretty much just immediately broken by the pained screams of everyone getting infected

Morty is stronger than the others. He manages to say more things than all the other corrupted characters we've seen so far, and in a much more telligible manner. With the "Aw, jeez." we see he expresses dismay. He also attempts to warn boyfriend, "Please get outta here or you're gonna die!". He understands he's about to lose himself, and he doesn't want boyfriend to be around to be potentially harmed.
Yeah and I imagine this takes place during the April fools trailer wich would mean morty would still kinda be alive since he was corrupted recently and morty is just kinda a nice guy in general
I think and it may be that the reason why Morty is stronger than the other characters is because he is from an adult show and thats why he has more willpower
The way the song sounds make it seems like Morty came into Rick lab to try to find a cure to the glitch (or maybe Rick ran away) having some what a little control left, that's until half of the song, where the glitch probably noticed it and started infecting him even more, but still didn't manage to affect him completely, so morty ended up using Mr.Meeseeks to hold him back, and in the end part, it seems like Morty knows he's already long gone, but that doesn't mean bf can't survive, so with his last moments he's trying his best to warn bf and tell him to run away before he becomes nothing but a mindless slave just like him
thats what i said in another comment but I think mr meeseeks saying "look at me" can distract the glitch even if its an accident

Morty isnt corrupted in the start of the song, but he turns corrupted at 1:15, A puddle of the glitch falls on him and he starts turning corrupted, and then he is corrupted. This is what i think happens in the song.

Ok here is what I think happened. At the start of the song Morty comes through a portal and isn't corrupted. The first oh geez is a smaller portal with a corrupted rick hand (could be any of the ricks, it doesn't have to be the original one) trying to grab Morty, when morty becomes corrupted a bigger portal appears with a bunch of black goop glitch coming out onto him (the portal doesn't close yet), after morty finishes his part a mr. Meseeks box (already pressed) comes through the portal and it spawns a mr. Meseeks that is corrupted. After Meseeks goes back to the box the portal closes and Morty regains some conciousness and tries to fight back. By the end of the song Morty is fully corrupted
My version is that when you hear "oh geez!" Morty would appear happier
I thought mr meseeks would be a survivor
