  • In this demonstration, I show how to play a single dozen with a hedge and how to martingale after a loss. This system is not one that will gain a lot of units in a fast fashion, but is more of a high coverage, low volatility way to play for a single dozen. I would not use this is a straight forward approach but it is a great option to have in the toolbox to use when needed.

    thank you for sharing your videos online for us (other Roulette "Enthusiasts") to consider. You keep making the statement that each spin of the wheel does not impact future results, and that puts my brain into a knot. I know you're right. For sake of my comment, there's a 50/50 chance that it's going to hit RED..... BUT..... the if you take into consider recent results and the table hit RED for the past 5 spins - "statistically speaking", BLACK is going to hit so that over time the results are back to 50/50.
    onto Video #7 to learn more strategies :)

      My pleasure, thank you for watching! With regards to each spin being independent of each other, I used to think certain data sets would be impossible to hit, but after playing for a while I have seen so many crazy things that deviate from what would be perceived as a normal range, I’ve come to accept that each spin truly is it’s own independent event. I agree that as improbable streaks emerge, they should revert back the normal range statistically, but even a small deviation in the long run can crush a huge bankroll. The way I like to look at it is from this perspective… let’s say I had a net worth of a million dollars and was going to wager it all on 1 spin… the history could show 25 reds in a row prior to my spin, so which one do I chose? I could say it has to be black at some point, but that’s not relevant to my 1 spin… or 1 chance…it has the same chance of landing in black or red no matter what the prior results were.. There’s no amount of study or preparation I could do to make the best choice because it’s random every time the wheel is spun.

      @@EatSleepGambleRepeat exactly. you're 100% right, but if I watched you wager $million on black and it hit RED for the 26th time in a row, I'd (almost) be as upset as you. this is exactly why my brain hurts. It HAS TO GO BLACK (at some point, right?!?!) :) Thanks for the reply.

    Gotta do 2 dozens. I've tried this style too many times now and sometimes you get whacked 10-20 times in a row

      It’s amazing how bad it can be when things go wrong! I like double dozens but overcoming the negative variance makes it such a grind without using a steep progression.

    just returned from our local (Casino Niagara, Niagara Falls, ON), and their electronic roulette tables prohibited this combination of wager. I went over to the table and spoke with a live dealer who confirmed that they wouldn't prohibit a player from placing that bet, and that the electronic table have custom code in the program to stop certain bets. Maybe it's a Canadian thing?!?!

    • @EatSleepGambleRepeat
      @EatSleepGambleRepeat  8 месяцев назад +1

      Based on my experience this is most likely one of these 2 options.
      1 - You tried placing the the half table bet before the dozen bet. It won’t allow you to place them in this order for some reason, you have to place your bets in the single dozen first and then the half table bet.
      2 - From what I understand, casino’s can change/ adjust the settings for the machines such as betting limits, chip denominations, side bets, etc. I don’t know this for certain, but I imagine it is possible each casino may have discretion over which bets it will block.
      The interesting thing about the blocking of bets on the auto roulette machines is that it doesn’t really make sense. They should want/allow anyone to bet as many units as possible because they would be exposing more money to the house edge. If you walk up to a live roulette table they will allow you to bet anyway you want because they are in the business of having everyone expose as much money as possible to the house edge and to keep you playing as long as possible. The only reason I could logically deduce for the blocking of bets is that they are afraid people will take advantage of the rewards system…but they already reduce the rewards so people can’t do that, it wouldn’t make sense for that to be the reason.

      Thats true same as in American casinos. So just play 2 machines at the same time. That works! Casinos are thiefs

    Similar what i do $2 on dozen& the 19-36 with 50 cent bet on 19-21

    • @EatSleepGambleRepeat

      That sounds like the ultimate hedge, I’ll have to check if the machine will allow me to place that bet…if so, I’ll give it a shot in the future.

    It's a great play system and if you have a smaller budget you can have a fun at the casino. Now, if your bets were a minimum $5 on each the 1st Dozen and the 19-36...awesome. Another thought to bounce off you, how about doing 2 spins on what you have now then do the opposite and put $5 on the 3rd Dozen and then $ on the 1-18 on the next 2 spins? Might it change your luck? Only the ball knows, lol! Keep up the great work.

      I agree, it can be a great way to see some spins without high variance. After considering your suggestion. I may try to do this with bigger bets over a series of trials and see how it fares. Thank you for the feedback, I appreciate your support!

    • @EatSleepGambleRepeat
      @EatSleepGambleRepeat  Год назад

      I understand, but it’s not the purpose of this demonstration. What you describe is a higher reward variation of this system, but unfortunately you can’t play it on these etg tables as it is not allowed. The machine will say risk too low and block you from making the bet. I will demonstrate that on another one that allows you to place any wager. I am making a whole series of these videos so I will be covering many systems but will be demonstrating them one at a time.
