I really enjoy you videos and have been subscribing for sometime now. U put a lot of effort into them and I do enjoy you talking on a bit so keep going. Your work on the gardens is first class hence your customer portfolio. When u txted me the number of customers u had I couldn’t believe it. Better a smaller number with regular work. Keep the videos comming
Thanks so much for the support and kind words. It truly does make it worth while. For me a smaller quality client base works better than rushing to lots of smaller jobs. Everyone works very different. Thank you again 👍👍
Been there Chris. It just proves their work is probably sub standard as why would you pinch another persons photo if you had good photos of your own work.
yes it was my game changer vid. I have had this done a number of times, might talk about it myself, on photographers forums water marks are a bone of contention.
Hi Chris someone taking your pictures isn’t on at all. Hope this is sorted now and doesn’t happen again to you. You have always reply to my questions I have asked you and it has been very helpful to me so thank you for that. Look forward to seeing your next video of what you going to do. Take care 👍👍
It's reassuring others agree with me pal. Am sure it's all sorted but I've kept screen shots of everything just encase something pops up and they are needed. Am always happy to help when/if I can pal. Hope your keeping busy 👍👍
Hello mate, completely totally off topic for the video. But I’m a self employed gardener myself. I had a thought about offering gritting of paths and driveways for people. Just wondering if you’ve ever dabbled in that or know anyone who has, and is it profitable basically??
Hi pal. It's not something I've ever done tbh and can't say I've seen it advertised much (domestically) in the UK. That could be a good thing as it could be a un tapped market or its not offered as it's not profitable. If you feel there is a market for it in you area I can't see it needing massive investment to try out. Most lawn care seed/fert spreaders would work for large areas. I'd give it a go with a small investment as possible 👍
@@TheCountryCottageGardener thanks for the advice mate. Good to get a more experienced perspective on it. I think I’ll give it a go and see what happens.
Someone taking your pictures and passing it as their work, is plainly deceiving potential customers, you build a portfolio, the same as building your business, starting out, is no excuse to take others work pictures. Iv had a couple of clips of video nicked, not nice. Looking forward to seeing the coming videos 👍👍
Maybe it was yourself I was thinking of about the RUclips clips then 😂 It's all part of a natural progression building a portfolio up. Thanks for watching and your kind words 👍
Yeah I don’t agree with this, if someone takes your images without asking then that’s just not on, it’s not so much about the picture but them saying “this is my work” is nothing but a lie and disrespectful to the person who actually did it. If a company or person has even wanted to share my work, they have always asked me first, that’s the way it should be 💪🏽
Your right pal. i couldn't think of the words at the time but it's the principal of the actions and very disrespectful. On a side note am enjoying your podcasts. Had a good bombshell this week too 👍👍
@@TheCountryCottageGardener exactly mate, I’m glad you got sorted with yours though pal, and definitely decent the partner being a solicitor as well just in case 😂. Ahh thank you for tuning in mate - really appreciate it 😄! Would still love to have you on over winter at some stage 🙌🏽
Am sure we could arrange something. It would be good to.cover subjects like these within the trade 👍👍 you've got my details when your ready to set something up
sorry this is theft no 2 ways about it , if some took your leaf blower from your van how would you feel, if they want your photo and your being nice ,then they pay you for £10 pound a month royality fees, if not there breaching your copyright etc , feel for you mate this is not cricket
Hi Chris thank you for the reply. Still working but it’s quite now not many lawn cuts maybe one more. 👍
It'll naturally slow now as people tighten up for Christmas ect. It'll soon be 2022 and the phone will go nuts once again
Good ethics Chris. I think you went about it the right way. If you went in hard straight away they may have dug their heels in.
Your right. I can be very stubborn at times and wouldn't let it go if they didn't remove it. Hope this doesn't/ hasn't happened to you guys 👍

This is very true pal. Am sure they could come up with any excuse to justify it. Thanks for watching and your continued support 👍
Good to see ya chris 👍👊
Thanks for watching pal 👍
I can just hear Foghorn leghorn saying, I say boy that ain’t right, I say boy that ain’t right. 😂🐔
That's all folks 🤣

Be interesting to hear what your viewers have to say about it all pal.

Hi Chris are you still busye 👍
Yes I'll be busy up to the week before Christmas now for 6 days a week. New enquiries have slowed up a bit which am grateful for.

Sorry it does seam quieter than normal. I used my phone and direct uploaded rather than editing. I'll be sure to use my rode mic next time. 👍
