This was awesome guys. I have not had a bad cook from you guys so far. Made this about 2 hours ago for 6 people and it was awesome. Had to cook them in batches because it was alot of chicken, and my wife and i could not keep up. They were stuffed and kept getting more! Everyone said it was better than Chick-fil-A. I actually had it marinade 24 hours because things happened and we ended up not cooking that night. Also. The butter milk was great because my wife can't have eggs. Thank you for all that you do. The cooks are amazing and i just showed a friend your videos and he is hooked. I would add pictures but i don't know how to.

Oh awesome! This one is delicious - having the right pickle brine is key - this one was really close, Brett swears by his Mount Olive brand. Good luck and take care!
I made a burger recipe called the jumbo joe and if you could make it for a video it would make my year. It’s a little over the top but it probably tastes great. Here is the recipe to prepare it: First char two pieces of garlic bread 🥖 (They are the buns) Next prep two patties put a bit of bacon 🥓 in patties for a little extra fat if you want. Season patties and throw them on the black stone. Also put a bit of butter on the patties to increase flavor in addition you can throw on an over easy egg for flavor (of course optional) Next assemble burger it is a double patty burger so you should probably make double this recipe so you can both have one a touch of cheese on top not too much and of course add your pickles tomatoes caramelized onions if you want put toothpick on top serve with thhn crunchy fries and enjoy 😊. If yo I guys could make it I would be so happy 😀. But of course you can change anything in the recipe cuz I mean it’s you guys doin the cooking .
Oh man, this sounds amazing! Okay, it may take us a while to get to, but we are saving this recipe - and we’ll add it to our list of future cooks! Thank you so much for the suggestion!💪💪

For a large amount of coating chicken use two large zip lock bags, put your eggs or buttermilk in one and flour or corn mill in the other, you can make the flour seasoned, that way you can put all of the chicken in a bag and coat at one time.

Hello, thank you so much for watching! We try to post all of our recipes in the descriptions below the videos. We are also working on organizing all of the recipes in one place. More information will be forthcoming in that as we have it! Take care!
Thank you so much for watching! If we weren’t using the peanut oil, I would use avocado or canola oil. Neither will add to the flavor, making them great alternatives (even vegetable oil will do)! Hope this helps!! Take care!🔥🔥🤙🤙
I have a very unlevel deck surface and keeping a pool of oil is a big problem. The Blackstone needs some sort of leveling feature. I am trying to come up with a solution on my own to add to my Blackstone for leveling. I have already greatly improved the flimsy two fixed wheels problem with heavier versions. Added my own hinged lid and wind guards.
Oh nice!! Agree - I have had some recommend adjusting the casters, but I worry about them becoming too loose if they are adjust too much. We have washers under the legs, but that only gets it so high. I’d love an adjustment option for each “leg” to be able to adjust as needed. Take care fam!🤙🤙
How do you keep your black stone looking black and shiny. I’ve seen other youtubers and it looks rusty in the corners. Also I’ve seen where the air fried. Basket looks rusted. Will they fit in a dish washer? I want one since I’ve found your channel.
Hi! Thank you so much! I try to keep it looking nice - I ensure I put a thin layer of oil down after each cook and cleaning, to keep it from rusting. It still has its issues, but I’ve found this really helps. The air fryer drawers do fit in the dishwasher. I wash them by hand, and sometimes it’s a pain with extra grime set in.😄 I hope this helps Buddy, take care!
Bret & Adam... Since I have the Blackstone 28" Range Top Combo with the Deep Fryer could these be cooked in the deep fryer? If so what would be the best temperature for the oil to be? I love Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets, I always get the 12 count for myself, but I have to also get an 8 count for my dog otherwise he gives me dirty looks. He likes them plain no Honey Mustard for him.
For sure the deep fryer would work - in fact, we appreciate being able to use the shallow fry method, but deep fry would be preferred. Typically, chicken cooks at 350 degrees, and approximately 4 minutes (or until golden brown) - bring out doors, it can take a bit longer. Hope this helps brother! You and the dog are gonna appreciate being able to make these at home!😄😄🤙🤙
Haha!! That would be a good one - maybe when we have more time this summer to do an additional video - my sister shared her recipe with us and it’s amazing!!🤙🤙

Hell! Thank you so much for watching! We lost our recipes in the description below the video, but here you go!😄😄 Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets "Copycat" recipe: 1 cup dill pickle juice (enough that when placed in a bowl with chicken, all of the chicken pieces are fully covered) 1 cup buttermilk 1 pound chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 2 tsp Usual Suspects Seasoning (see below for recipe) 3 tbs of peanut oil (we eventually used more - roughly 4-5 tbs). Place chicken pieces in medium bowl, and completely cover with pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, powdered sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika. set aside. Turn griddle on to med/low heat. Bring up to temperature (approx. 410-430 degrees - 410 in the "cooler" cooking area, 430 in the "hot" zone). Pour a layer of peanut oil, creating a shallow fry area. While the oil is getting hot, dredge the chicken pieces in the buttermilk. Place in the flour/breadcrumbs mix, and ensure each piece is fully coated. Once you see a wisp of white smoke, the oil is hot enough to cook in (you can also toss a very small amount of flour into the oil. If it sizzles, the oil is ready). Carefully place each chicken nugget in the peanut oil. Let sit until the bottom is golden brown (approximately one minute). Flip and repeat the process for all sides until each is golden brown. Pull off the heat and set aside to cool. Once all nuggets are done, serve and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce! Usual Suspects Seasoning: *This is for our shaker - makes approx. 8 oz. 1tbs salt 3/4 tbs pepper 1/2 tbs onion powder 1 tbs garlic powder 1/2 tbs Adobo 1 tbs accent.

1 cup dill pickle juice (enough that when placed in a bowl with chicken, all of the chicken pieces are fully covered)
1 cup buttermilk
1 pound chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tsp Usual Suspects Seasoning (see below for recipe)
3 tbs of peanut oil (we eventually used more - roughly 4-5 tbs).
8 oz.
1tbs salt
3/4 tbs pepper
1/2 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs Adobo
1 tbs accent.
If you are wearing gloves to keep food safe quit touching your face then the food.
Thank you so much for watching. We appreciate the feedback. We try to get better for sure and recognize we don’t get it perfectly - we try to switch gloves when we realize we’ve touched our faces - most likely missed it here. Take care. 🤙🤙
Sorry love your videos but this isn't chic-Fil-A they don't use cutlets and anyway Wendy's spicy chicken > Chic-Fil-A spicy
Not gonna lie still trying it. Great jop.
Thank you fam! We understand for sure - we are just doing a “at-home” copycat a we really should do a legit “true” copycat and do just as they do! We also understand they don’t use pickle brine . Take care fam!🔥🔥
