Thanks for chiming in. So, ive a question, should I cut out the face to face intro on these videos and just get straight into riding, or if I keep them short like I do is this a preferable way of kicking off... Love to know your thoughts...
I think you did a really good job with the intro the funky beat, pink and blue smoke spiral (favorite color combo) and some cool highlights of the ride. If you made that yourself nice job.
@@kevinmartin225 I hope you are joking “I DONT NEED THE DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS”??? The heck I do but not for any intro I’d want to share 😲👊 Mmmmh cheeeeerleadeerrs.
@@mtbridersanonymous9152 thanks for the words legend, yep all done myself except the smoke spiral intro, thats from a shareable template.. As you are well aware, this shite isn’t easy lol.
Hi Steve and Welcome to the most fun you are about to have, Jumping Ant is a great trail especially if you are reasonably new to the sport as it is smooth yet still offers some great challenges. Thanks for the kind words too 👍
Mad Max Jump Line and the other jumps!!! You make it look way too easy, Craig. Nice to see some of the 3rd person views, helps to see where I was going wrong. Enjoyed the tips at the end too, thanks!
Craigs mantra “ if you huck it you fuck it” 😂😂 I’ve not been to daisy for ages jumping ant looks so much from the last time I went down it. Loving the tec talk at the end can pretty much guarantee I’d probably go A over T trying to get over that log😂😂😂
@@FlowmentumMTB I can see that phrase on handle bar stickers 😂😂👍👍 Have to say at Bayview yesterday before the rain how deceptively fast The Maze is in certain parts of the trail
@@kevinmartin225 how good is that section, In my opinion that whole South/South East is best but I’ve already said that a lot. Great to hear that you got a good run through The Maze, it truly is a great section huh.
@@FlowmentumMTB can I say to in parts in The Maze felt like a really bad horror movie 🎥. I think my next goal will be you’re Bayview ride guide 11, hopefully no rain 😂😂😂

All those jumps are on private land and not part of Daisy hill conservation park, thats why the council workers haven't pulled them out. Pretty cool hey...
Nice one Craig, with the “how too” at the end, are you clipped in? And maybe for the complete novice add in how to generate the compression needed to lift the bike
Hey Dave. Yeah bud always clipped in “UNLESS” street riding or Trails/parks etc. Agree on adding more detail to the Tec Sec but it will blow out the length of the vid, I’m going to do a Comprehensive breakdown how to on this and other skills needed for the trails as stand alone How To edits. Stay tuned.
Great work as always champ! The 'how to's' are a must do. No point keeping all that knowledge and experience of yours all to yourself haha. And its greatly appreciated👌🏼
Great video Craig. As someone fairly new to mountain biking, trying to hone my skills, love the tech tips at the end! Awesome to be able to learn from accomplished riders.
All the extra 3rd person shots looked great mate. Helpful for the interstate peeps like me to get a better look at the features :) Great tips at the end too!
Thanks Chris, yeah I have the same issue when I see other vids, all I want to see is how big or long that specific jump or gap is from a 3rd person perspective..haha...
Awesome video, loved the tech at the end. was at daisy the other day looks like they are putting some much needed love in to other trails as well. Seen they have smoothed out rock garden on gillians. You're so right about spoilt for choice so lucky in South East Queensland.
We are very spoilt, and with Mt Cotton now it seems we have all the options required to cater for every style and level of rider.. Thanks for the advice on the Tech Section, ill keep adding those where I can..
Well done Craig, I’ve been meaning to get in there to check out the new Reno’s. You hit the nail on the head with daisy gettin a bad rap…. Spoilt for choice, and never happy! Great riding dude. That step up down the bottom freaks me out, as does that log to log gap as well, I might put that on the to do list….. you made it look pretty chill! Cheers for sharing your knowledge! The tech tip was a nice touch as was the third person view (takes so much longer solo) but worth it. Sorry for the novel✌🏼
Hah it’s no novel Jules, your comments are what I want and need so I know where I’m heading with this. Transition on that step up is too aggressive, you can’t really do much on it but it’s fun.
That was awesome mate, I remember jumping ant but I don’t remember it being as flowy from a few years ago. Those end tips you gave were a great addition definitely keep putting those in your vids 👌

I was there last night about 1730, was too dark to ride so headed down the fire trail. I rode up Possum Box, it was really good to ride up.
Yeah it’s a good way to climb back up but after riding it last night you would now have to agree that it’s more enticing to cone down huh.
