    She must feel so good being able to do all this by herself. I know it boost children’s confidence when they can do things on their own. I’m getting ready to sit up our 1 bedroom to be our children’s room. My daughter is getting ready to turn 4 in December and I want her to learn to clean up after herself and take care of herself. I know she can only do this in a organized sitting which is why she and her soon to come sibling need the 1 bed room. I’m looking forward to it.

      I'm sure your daughter will totally surprise you by cleaning up and taking care of herself in the room you are setting up for her. It is such an exciting transition for little ones learning to be able to do things by themselves. Yes my daughter absolutely loves to set up breakfast, clean up, and get dressed and etc independently. I hope you have fun too! 👍

    Thank you for all of these inspiring ideas! I want to mention to be careful with whole nuts before the age of five they are a common choking hazard. No judgment just putting it out there for new parents to consider incase they were inspired by the snack selections. ❤

    Can I ask where you got the little dispensers that you keep the cotton pads in, and the tooth flossers? x

    I love all the updates you did-I've been needing a new water set up for us as well! Unrelated, but where do you get your Korean books for Alina? We are needing more for our collection TT.TT

      Hey Maria, we got ours from korea at first, but then it got too expensive and we had to wait for 2- 3 months to get them shipped to Australia, so we've been buying them from a Korean bookshop in Sydney. Isnt there any korean bookshops where you live?

    Love love your videos. I've like watched thousand times. I'm also interested montessori methods and lookinv into functional kitchen. When you first got it, did you just teach her with washing hands and face? Could you explain how and what you started with and how it evolved as she got older?

    안녕하세요 5살 아이를 키우고 있는데 사실 주방 놀이 안사줬는데 이제야 이 영상보고 사주고싶은거 있죠 ㅠㅠ 이렇게 비슷하게 만들어주고 싶은데 5세한테는 너무 쉬울까요 😂

      제가 장난감 부엌에 진짜 물이 나오게 만들어준 이유는 저희집 욕실이 좀 옛날식이라 돌려서 물트는 수도꼭지예요 ㅎㅎ 아이가 5-6세까지는 스스로 절대 못열것 같아서 만들어주게 된게 처음 시작이예요. 아이가 이미 5살이고 욕실이나 부엌에서 스스로 물을 틀수 있다면 일부러 굳이 이렇게 해주는것이 꼭 필요할까 하는 생각이 들어요. (러닝타워가 있으시다면?) 물론 어른들의 욕실을 함께 쓰는것보다 훨씬 아이가 쓰기에 용이해요. 그리고 많이 좋아하기도 하구요 ㅎㅎ 물나오게 하는것 말고 아이가 스스로 아침을 차려먹을수 있도록 셋팅해주고 간식도 스스로 꺼내먹게 하고 하는 용도로 쓰신다면 저는 완전 강추 해드립니다!!

    • @hazieandmotherhood
      @hazieandmotherhood  Год назад +4

      Hi! For 1 yead old, I'd just leave it and I'd do it myself later. For Alina right now who is almost 3, I'd let her know that there's still soap on the dishes. If she's happy to redo it, that's great, if not, I'd do it again.

    did you do anything to the counter before she started using it? we have an ikea kitchen and i'm concerned about the finish. i am teaching my child to wipe up spills but it seems like the pressed "wood" is ready to blister at any moment. i don't like the idea of covering it with poly (chemicals) or even laminating it with sticky paper (more chemicals). would love your thoughts!

    • @hazieandmotherhood
      @hazieandmotherhood  10 месяцев назад

      We didn't.. because of the same reason of yours. Ours seem to be relatively okay, considering how wet it always was. Even if it was really damaged from being wet, I would not have done anything and just let it be.. 😂 i am just hoping that this kitchen will last for my second child.

      That’s kinds of rude. Hazie gives her child everything she needs - milk, cheese, yoghurt, fruits, whole grains, healthy snacks, plus she is only showing breakfast not lunch and dinner which kids usually eat more at. Starving to death is not even close! And- Do you really think Cheerios and cheetos are what’s going to fill up a child? That’s pure processed foods which leads to learning difficulties and inflammation. Alina is one of the luckiest children, you can tell her mother really cares and to be so clearly advanced in her age is indicitive to her healthy diet.
