There's something about this song that's just so haunting and heart shattering. This entire episode was perfectly put together and in my opinion, the greatest episode ever to air on television. The acting was phenomenal (Andrew, Jeffrey, Lauren and Steven's performances were just amazing) , the writing was spot on, and the music was so emotional and beautiful. I will never get over this episode or how amazing the actors did.
If we assume the zombie apocalypse was global in TWD with no police or military left anywhere then Negan was the most powerful person who ever existed because it means he was in control of the entire planet. No opposing force anywhere able to take him down. Rick really had no idea what he was challenging here and he payed dearly for it.

Glenn was strong too, in his own way. He was the most human in the group, still retaining the bits of humanity that was still left. Both were great survivors and warriors in their own way and we lost both in one night.
Eduardo Alvarado Guzman I really wished they killed maggie instead, we grew up knowing Glenn didnt care about himself others that was his weakness people were gonna get him killed, but imagine so called Glenn who cares about himself only how would that turn out
Yeah I see where you are going with this, and I half thought Maggie was going to die forcing Glenn to grow as a character instead. But the expectations from the comics and fan demands only brought Glenn to his iconic comic death. Which I understand why but at the same time the impact it had (even though it was brutal and devastating) just made the death more expected.
When the very first episode aired, I was beyond excited to see that they got Bear McCreary to do the score. I was a huge fan of his work on Battlestar Galactica and couldn't wait to hear what he had in store for this series. One thing I love about his work is his ability to create series long themes that evolve with the plot . When the big scenes hit our screens, his music truly makes a statement and makes it that much more memorable.
You know, I listen to this at least once every night. See, I had a cat, who had always been there, as long as I can remember. But we lost him. And however much I may move on, and let my life move forward, I will always honour his memory. When I heard this song I thought of that cat. Every night I remember him, and every night I play this song. "Bet you all thought you were gonna grow old together. Doesn't work like that, not anymore."
I remember the absolute monster cliff hanger in the season 6 finale leading to this moment. The wait was excruciating, but so satisfying. The greatest episode of TWD of all time.
This track just screams "RICK MADE A MISTAKE!" and its so perfect! Probably my favourite episode too which is something not many people would agree with me on.
Lauren Cohan killed it in this scene. She is fantastic as Maggie and I loved the pure emotion and desparation she was able to portray here. Made her a strong contender for my new favourite character after this scene (since my old favourite was killed in this episode).

I have watched this show to the end and seen so many more messed up shit and deaths but this one still hurts the absolute most. This is where the big character death trend started.. ever since glenn so much changed so fast.. Its horrible and sad when a main character dies to a walket bite, gunshot, impalement, or more. But to see a main character from the first episode of the show die in such a gory way is still so painful to watch. I hate that Glenn had to go like that. And it could have been so easily avoided..
