Can the marker on the cam sprockets be seen with the engine in the frame?

I've got the 2011 Concours 14 and it's got that nasty cam chain tensioner rattle right when it starts up when it's cold what do you think I can use to replace that maybe a CCT manual tensioner I hate that sound in the morning thank you

Best option is the manual one, safe but dont tight chain to mutch.
