If I had a mortgage, and since have sold the property, and the Bank got their money and discharged the mortgage, is there a remedy?

There is a Non Ucc Affidavit, should that be submitted to the clerk of the court instead of the actual non-ucc since it is suppose to be pivate.

I am applying online for the Estate EIN and it keeps telling me I have an error. I have to use my SSN twice which I think makes the problem, but I don't know a way around it except mailing a form in perhaps? Anyone have success getting an Estate EIN online? Thanks.
