I feel youu!! I wake up at 5h45 every day from mon to fri to be at the gym at 7am. I work the corporate world 9-5 so training early in the am is the best for me. Gives me what I need to get trough the day!! Once I said the gym is not for me, I pushed myself to go in fev 2022 and now I can’t looked back. 😊
Same! Driving with a ponytail is an absolute no for me. I loved the chat at the about removing the built up weight surrounding a 5AM morning routine. It’s much more achievable this way 💛

You must try honey with the Kirkland peanut butter on rice cake. It's amazing. You shouldn't take zinc with other vitamins. It blocks absorption. I believe it says that on each bottle! Meryl is THE CUTEST.
I have to so I can work from 5.30 to 3pm and then spend the afternoon with my child. Saves me babysitter money and makes me enjoy time with my boy, watching him grow up...and I always do more than I expect. After a while you get used to it, it's my normal now 😊

I don't eat the ends of banana's either, I'm very sensitive to texture and taste and the banana's have a black tail running through the centre at the base that's firmer than the rest of the banana and can be quite bitter too
As someone, who works graveyard shifts, I could only dream of 5am routine😆 But on my days off I do wake up early, naturally, and do agree that there's a lot I get done!😃

AG1 plus a multivitamin plus the extra supplements plus what nutrients you get from your food (since you have a nutritious diet) may be too much over the long term. Not all vitamins are peed out if there is excess. Stay healthy and safe! ✌️
