Walking in the rain is one of the most refreshing things! I like to walk rain, shine, or snow. If it’s below -24 then I stay inside.
Do you walk with an umbrella or like full face in the wetness I must know
Full on rain gear! I have a waterproof baseball cap, waterproof hiking boots, raincoat - even rain pants if it's really coming down. It's the best once you give over to it. @@allanaramaa
Nordic countries (hello from Finland) have a saying that there's nothing wrong with the weather, simply how you're dressed for it. For rain, I recommend a cap (this is a must 4me) and a Goretex jacket (preferably one that covers your bum). I usually don't mind getting my leggings wet and with heavy rain the GX might even get fully soaked, depending on how long you're outside, but again, it's just water. ;) Having 2 dogs, it's not even a choice not to go outside, but I ALWAYS feel so much better after, rain or shine or even a snowstorm, which so not a fan of. :D @@allanaramaa

Since you’re constantly tired and falling short of your workout plans - don’t you think it’s time to listen to your body and switch things up a bit? ❤️ Maybe skip the 5 am workouts, do them later and do emails in the morning instead or something. From experience, routines stick when it’s well balanced between pushing ourselves to change our habits and embracing our natural tendencies 🦋
Yep we are switching up our weight workouts to help with the amount of tennis we’ve been playing 😂 going from 5 to 3 per week! It was too much 😅

I know this vlog showed real life and how plans get changed. Even though gym workouts were getting skipped, you and Dan have such active lifestyles which is so important. I can’t wait for the season to change either! I have watched every season of Love is Blind, except for this last one….yet. It is addicting!!! I love the year later meetup they do.

OH EM GEE!!! Allana!! I am absolutely baffled that you've only just jumped on the Love is Blind bandwagon.. like you I ain't about that reality tv stuff, but this?? It's a gem, honestly. Yes, of course the show is going to capitalize on/present/create a bit of drama and suspense, but it's nothing compared to some other trashy ones and the premise of the show is for people to find true love which is just beautiful. So, yes, I'm totally with you on it being awesome, can't wait for the final episode tomorrow! I'm honestly on the edge of my seat here.. Btw, season 1 was the bestest! Giannina will forever hold a sweet spot in my heart :D

I also LOVE the Josephs products... they do have them at 'low carb grocery' - I order the pitas and the lavash (which I love using for pizza cause they feel 'big' haha - I do sugar free bbq sauce as the base.. with chicken, onion and low fat mozz). You can also get turkey pepperoni at superstore (5 bucks a bag 😍) .. I live in south surrey so pop down across the border a lot too.. but if i don't want to.. i have found them local :)

Omg, I looove when someone mentions Love Is Blind!! Season 6 is among my favourites up there with s1 😄. I am so sad about Jeramy and Laura and Brittany and Kenneth - loved those couples. I don't like Sarah Ann's behaviour and am still kind of rooting for Jessica and Jimmy to go back together because with all the love to Chelsea - she needs to do some inner work 😣. And I think Trevor is a better fit for for her.

Perhaps if you are having trouble with night time usage and discipline with the phone you could try instituting some sort of routine, barrier to usage. I know my teen is not allowed to have 😂 his cell phone in class or bedroom at night. At school they have a cellphone hotel and that is where everyone puts their phone as they walk into class. It is à phone lock box. At certain times of the day the wifi is off limits and turned off unless you have the code. I turn my phone OFF I climb into bed. when You'll find it just becomes habit after a while. I would not dream of leaving my phone on or even in my room while I'm in bed anymore. ❤
