I so appreciate your videos! I really enjoy switching out parts and upgrading my competition guns. I just bought a P320 for steel and I've installed springs and deleted the thumb safety with a new grip module. It all went quite smoothly, all thanks to you!
Robert has done 3 of my competition X5's and as someone who has only been shooting a year in competition and 66 years old, he makes the gun so much easier to shoot. Also great service and a great person to talk guns with!
Robert is excellent! I’m blessed he lives 30 mins from my front door. I beat the hell out of my pistol training for, and competing in, USPSA matches here in TX. One pistol has about 15K rounds and it runs flawlessly. He’s currently building my 3rd legion for competition complete with a custom barrel.
That looks like an awesome trigger job, would love to have that done to my new X Carry. That Sig Armors tool is definitely going to get bought, makes break down look so much easier
Good video. Would have liked more disclosure on the work performed. Not exactly what was done but at least the parts worked on or replaced. Great advertising for the smith tho.
Rob did a competition job on my p226, and X5 which now an XCarry lol. Truly a professional and a great guy. I wish I could have hung out more in Texas but I didn’t want to linger.
A minor annoyance with the 320 triggers for me is the lack of positive pressure from the trigger on reset. It's lagging a bit behind the trigger finger. It appears this trigger job may alleviate this issue. Is the trigger "pushing" a bit more going out to reset or does it still feel likes it's following a bit?
Little bit different. Once you get past the manual safety it’s the same. I do have a video disassembling the M17 though. Have you seen it? Are you just looking for info on how to disassembled the M18?
Hey - really love your videos. Just got rid of all my Glocks and now have a 365 & 229 legion. Just ordered the 320 compact (3.6")and was wondering if the larger slides like the 3.9" will fit on the compact grip module?
The cool thing about the 329 is all slides fit on all modules. Whether it looks goofy or not that’s up to you. Personally I prefer a compact great modules with my full-size slides. I do not like the look of the full-size grip module

I guess the question is how does it compare to the grey guns kit. Obviously going to be better, I get that, but $170 better? I'd guess yes, but would love to see a side by side
Jason Anziano out of all the options available (currently) I think all the other options are better then the GG kit. It is lighter than the others BUT the trigger pull and reset is waaaaay longer than the others. To answer your question is it just ridiculously short and crisp Sig Armorer). That FCU is in whatever 320 I am shooting that day. Worth every penny.
Jason Calcidise I absolutely did have a problem with it wearing out. The metal is too soft. The pivot pins don’t last long. Armory Craft is made from solid steel. It also reduces the trigger pull weight by 30% for non legion p320s
I'd love to have a trigger pull like this but it's not practical or even possible for me to send my pistol in from abroad. So is there a drop in kit that gets close to having that much less creep and reset distance? Pls say yes!
Don't know if it is still relevant for you, but I recently did some more trigger work on mine, and a gray guns trigger kit plus an apex tactical trigger bar will get you a nice set up. AN armory craft trigger will allow you to remove a teensy bit more slop from rest. (I don't know that I would have bothered if I didn't already own one). This set up removes almost all pre-travel, a huge chunk of overtravel, and moves the point at which the break occurs more towards the beginning of the trigger pull. It looks like this trigger job may reduce total trigger travel slightly more than the combo I listed, but it' close.
The one thing I find curious, is people actually pay to advertise for a gunsmith. By this I mean paying to have the gunsmith's logo etched on to your firearm, if you send it in to be modified in some way, like a trigger job for instance. If I were the gunsmith I would give the customer the option to have my logo etched for free, because its free advertising. In any case, I would decline free or not since I have no interest in having another logo on my firearm. I like them slick and uncluttered with import stamps, or ridiculous name brands like "EQUALIZER", etc. Just my opinion.

Results like this is EXACTLY why I like to do them. Nice work and thank you very much for the excellent feedback. Happy New Year!

Great video, been telling every Sig owner I know about your channel.
Panurgic 01 awesome brother. Really appreciate that! Thank you.

Love to have the carry action job done on my X-Carry. Sounds awesome!!!

I'd also like to know about this as the reset is awful on the p320
Thanks for the video. Exactly what my question was about in your last video. Thx again..
Bryan DuChane Anytime. Any questions just shoot. Gonna review the GG comp kit also. Not my favorite but it’s a 320 option.
Who stippled the grip?
Excellent video thank you so much can't wait to get mines done
Would you say if you want the best trigger (closest to a 1911 feel) to send it to the sig armorer vs doing DIY drop-in trigger kits?
In comparison between the sig armorer and the armory craft trigger which has a closer feel to a 1911?
Would love to see u do one on a sig m18 because of the safety it a little different.

@@bigbossoooo they are the same
That’s a beautiful grip module.
this is the p320 x carry but the frame is smaller than what size it is, thank you very much
It looks like the X5 slide with an X-Carry frame

Love all my sigs. Might do this mod if it's still available.
What kind of trigger is that and who makes it?

So with the AC trigger did you adjust it with less over/under travel than how it came back from Sig Armorer?
@@SigGuy it doesnt reduce the trigger weight 30% on X models with flat triggers either right?
Robert Carasiti correct. Not on the X5 legion.
Me watching this vid, while dry firing my Walther PPQ with the Apex drop in trigger: Not too shabby...
What a beautiful firearm
Who did your grip work?
313 tactical.
what frame is that exactly? where did you buy it? or did you do it yourself?
That grip module was done by 313 tactical coatings. He cerakoted it and then hand stippled.
@@SigGuy thank you sir

Armory Craft is developing a trigger right now that is dual adjustable. It should be available shortly.

I thought the competition action job lowered your trigger. Pull weight to 2.75

Is the competition job that he offers still drop safe?
mike seman yes sir. Absolutely. I don’t think you’re going to find anything nowadays that isn’t.
Who do I contact for this trigger job?

It’s amazing!!!
This trigger job is now 395. Guess it got a 100 better?
It’s now a kit with new parts rather than modifying your existing parts. So yes there is a lot more included now.
@@SigGuy what do I get with the kit and how’s it better?
@@darknightbegins85 details are on the website sir.
Sorry to sound dumb but can you give me the information to send my fcu to have it done for carry, loved the video and totally interested

Hi to sig guy
Could you please suggest a shop that send the armorer block to Israel?
Armorer does not send it to Israel
All the best
Ron
Customs makes it very difficult for us to send stuff out of the country. I don’t know of anybody that is willing to do that. Sorry.
.1" reset sounds pretty long still
