Our son Matthew signs we didn’t see right away I am doing video so check out should be upload Wednesday today or tomorrow . I think having twins I was so busy I mean I had wonder weeks book and they was on their mile stones but then near 9-12 months we found out they was very delay and something call global development delay which my daughter has as well but she near her peers now but Matthew is very very behind still and with his signs of autism came showing more when he was 2 but looking back was there.
Yes Jake's right , They would just diagnose him as ASD if he gets the diagnosis, In England they've tied it all together. PS we had ours diagnosed ealry at 3 , so many signs in my twins , both totally different ends of the spectrum. our main signs were,
Lack of eye contact
Constant humming and tapping
searching for tight pressure
poor concentration
developmental delay
non - verbal
unusual play
just to name a few bt we have a list as long as they come
I think my Matthew is more like Max and more Higher funtioning , it's harder to see in higher funtioning hence why Jake has only just looking at a diagnosis now . Good Vlog guys
@I Love The Colour Pink wrong in what ? Today, Asperger's syndrome is technically no longer a diagnosis on its own. It is now part of a broader category called autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This group of related mental health issues shares some symptoms. Even so, lots of people still use the term Asperger's. This doesn't mean you no longer have Asperger's, they just don't diagnose it like they did , if a person who has been diagnosed with Asperger's in the past would now be given an ASD diagnosis, that's fact not my opinion , the medical profession changed the way they code the diagnosis now, I believe in USA they will still give Asperger's a diagnosis but I think they're trying to fade out the term
@I Love The Colour Pink absolute nonsense , one of my son's is Autistic and can speak , the other is also autistic and non verbal , I never said it was a mental illness either , I'm staying facts and your not , no point getting into a argument I'm here to support ALL people but wholeheartedly disagree with SOME of your points , Autistic people can use a toilet , do know there name , can progress just at different levels as everyone is different like you and I obviously are
