I think it would be more effective if you did this experiment with new worker instead of strangers on the street. You'd be able to set up a real life scenerio as this wasn't really reaslistic, but I got the point. Good job.
Common sense tells us not to handle live cables. The correct reaction for the bystander to take into this workplace encounter would be to ask the question, "Is this safe?".
The concept is interesting but the execution is terrible. They were asked to help out. When they chose to accept, they were instructed on how to handle the cable safely and informed of the risks. How does this have anything to do with willfully electrocuting someone?
This belongs to the deleted scenes of "Just for Laughs"... Scenes which were too stupid to show! Seriously guys... both guys are in uniform and supposed to know what they are doing! It's not like he was asked to hand over the cable to a pedestrian or someone who is NOT in uniform! They THAT and you will get a completely different reaction!
