A position at the top of the shit list!!!
No such thing as politeness in this day and age. The young have SO much to learn.
I would not have offered the first person the receptionist position.
She's not even suitable to be a bog cleaner.
The moment she said, "I should have read her resume already," the interview would have been over!
If I hadn't read it beforehand, there WOULDN'T have been an interview, dumb**s!
Thinking that you deserve a manager position just because you cleaned tables in a restaurant for six months is really a Karen thing.
Totally delusional
IT'S NOT REAL...THIS NEVER HAPPENED...IT'S A FUGAZI!
Always the white person in these videos who are the baddies and never any other p o c. Also the 'Karen' BS does get a bit done to death after a while.
A restaurant owner here said NO new hires want to work….they all think they deserve management positions
@@arribaficationwineho32 " _They all think they deserve management positions_ ." I'll bet they want the POWER of a manager, with none of the responsibility, though!
the second lady came prepared and had the job experience and she was pleasant in her attitude !!!!!! i would hire her in a heart beat !!!!!!!!
I wouldn't even offer the first lady a receptionist job.
The interviewer is so calm and professional.
And she’s pretty, too!
Her walking in with the attitude like everyone needs to bow down to her, her rudeness was too much
It's ridiculous being rude to the person who holds your fate whether or not you'll get the job.😬
She'd be a nightmare to work with.
All women are a liability to companies. Over 75% of lawsuits against companies come from females abd homosexual men.
Rudeness will cost you dearly
An attitude is like a flat tyre
You can’t go anywhere unless you change it
Im stealing that. 😊
@@nicktubara(lol) Not “stealing”-“borrowing”.
As a receptionist I never got coffee😂
Having worked as a receptionist 40 years ago (yes I’m that old) I know how imperative that position is to a company. You are the FACE of the company and the First impression anyone gets whether it is through the door or on the phone. Your attitude can actually make or break a company. That’s why they are Extremely selective of whom they place there. Your bad day can’t show on your face at ANY time. That woman WAS A BAD DAY.
In sales for 30 years.
Lots of sales calls, lots of receptionists. They always seemed like some of the busiest, most hardworking people in whatever office I called on.
Plus, it's a HARD job. I would never want to do that, not that I ever could anyway. Always had great respect for them
I’ve walked into places to buy services with someone like her at the receptionist desk and walked out and taken my business elsewhere. If a company has someone like her as a first contact for the company it shows their lack of caring to their customers and potential customers.
@@philherrick7319 although it was definitely busy (you are right) it made the day go very quickly. I HATED slow days. I’d ask different departments for work. Luckily those were few and far between. To be honest, seeing someone light up just because you smiled and had a kind word, just makes everything worth it.
@@Chris_at_Home I was in supervisor of the receptionist at one of my jobs. She was there before I was. Now she didn’t have this attitude, she was just a ditz. (i.e. she was supposed to put files away and we could never find them until we had to look for a file that started with “M”). She had filed Everything under Mr. and Mrs. The last straw was, I came in and she was nowhere to be found. She was laying on the floor behind the desk because her back hurt. You can’t make this stuff up! She had to go. SMH
I've worked front desk before in a rotation of other office personnel and even had to take calls from customer accounts that I worked on I would tell them because I'm not at my regular desk that I would call them back as soon as I could after leaving the front desk. I can not tell you how many thanked me for returning their call after I had reviewed their account.
BTW I want to mention that I'm a man, so being a receptionist is not strictly a female position and if you take offense to this GET A LIFE.
I seen this happen time and again. These young people believe just showing up makes them capable of running a company.
Just shows they are not qualified!!😀😀💯💯
I’m aging myself by saying I’d never go to an interview with my shoulders out. I realize that top is not revealing, but you appear much more polished and put together when you’re not showing a lot of skin.
Your character takes you farther and helps you get a better job than your skills/experiences do.
She's knows she's in a job interview and yet she's being an entitled person. Ugh, what a woman.
She was acting as if she was interviewing them to see if she would take the job instead of her being interviewed to be accepted for the job.
I would love to have her as my boss. And I wished we would have seen the 1st girl go back to her job. And gets fired because of her poor attitude
I have worked with Rude people and they got on my nerves and didn't they didn't last long in the work environment.we should never be rude to anyone
She is a freaking hostess and a totally different type of job. She is a Karen for sure. I don't care for entitled people like that. She blew that job.
That is not what a Karen is.
The second lady that interviewed seems to be the cancer patient from the previous video with the rude, unfeeling doctor! That is so cool. Great life lesson video, Supermission!!!
Those two women were polar opposites that can break or improve a company, and affect also affect viewers here. The snooty girl made me feel "when's this video going to end!", the 2nd girl made me want more! 😊
Receptionist is one of the people I respect the most.
They work even harder !
They sure do they are very good at there job
I loved being a receptionist!
Me too
I love being a receptionist we always have something to do
It's really interesting to see the office dynamic post-Covid. Although we're likely to meet our best friends at work (and at college), working-from-home is stress-free and should lead to saved money and more productivity.
It dependance on the person, I guess. I ended up on antidepressants. Way more productive back in the office.
One thing about myself that I’m very proud of is that I can be very patient for the most part. So if I was going to have a job interview and the employee that I was interviewing with was busy working on something, then I would happily wait until they were done and then proceed with the interview.
This video is funny but the sad part is there are entitled people who really think a company should just give them a high paying job! So sad she thinks that because she showed people to there table and got them water for 6 months that somehow that gives her the experience for management. Love the attitude and looking so put out and how dare you not offer me something better than a lowly receptionist.
Behavior make or break the applicant's wish, her entitlement was showing !!! Interviewer didn't get the hard copy of her resume , but proceeded anyway!!! Applicant may have some experience dealing with customers but putting down ex-colleagues was the last straw!!! She will be reduced to reception till humility is available in her, it will be too late for apologies!!! Yikes!!!
Had a very close friend in his late seventies who would say "go to my office, my girl will be there. Just tell her I sent you n she'll help."
The thing is his "girl" would sixty-five years ild!
🤦♂️😝🤣🤣🤣
Oh well, at least she wasn't fired for being too old....which used to happen a lot!
Understanding that the video was very simplified, every point they made is important and on point. You would think that it was all common sense but some folks just don't have it.
I can't hear what is being said. Was this recorded at low volume? Same settings as always here.
Ditto
If you have a negative attitude and want to get away from a nightmare job, you may become disappointed if you are sent back there. 😂😂
Or even worse you get fired from there and have no job at all
When Lena applied for a management position, I thought: who does that unless they go through a computerized training for a management position and/or by means of a promotion? One should know that a management position is through either a promotion, experience for a year and a great attitude. Lena acted entitled when she came to an interview with an attitude expecting to be a manager. Always remember you start from the bottom while working your way up to the top. Periodt .
Was her name Mena or Lena? I thought I heard an “M” in her name
@@Sweetsam013 it’s Lena
@@chelbydavis8202 ah gotcha! My best friend’s name is Mena! She’s super sweet and nice!

I worked in an insurance agency as a licensed insurance agent/account manager/ customer service rep with 7-8 other licensed agents and our receptionist was the BEST! I spoke to the other agents and we all rated other receptionists by ours, whether it was a Dr's office or other businesses. The receptionist is the first face clients see. Our receptionist' s phone skills and interpersonal skills were amazing!! It is a very important job, if you don't want clients yelling at you for the treatment at the front desk. What an asset we had!!!

The dos and don'ts while at a job interview. Good job Supermission.
I could never be so patient with anyone that’s so rude 😮
The more the interviewer interacts with the applicant, the more accurate their suitability for the position shows.
Yeah. I would terminate the interview immediately.
I would’ve asked that first one to leave after the first time she was rude. No tolerance for that…
What a GREAT example of how NOT to act in an interview! That first woman was a freak!
Rosa is going to do very well on her first day on Monday.
The second applicant was WAY better than the first one!
Great life lesson
She would have been asked to leave THE MOMENT SHE STARTED CLICKING THOSE NAILS. Period point blank.
This is insanely accurate when conducting interviews. "If it's less than $19 an hour, I don't want to waste my time." All with 2 months work experience, wanting tenured pay, and want to work 40 hours but only work 3 days a week...🙄
The lady in the green will be a great fit ;) professional, humble, respectful.
Shouldnt play music while speaking. I couldnt hear what they are saying very well.
I agree, it’s totally distracting
Mina should have accepted the receptionist position if she really wants to go further in her life.
Teresa Tullos is one of my favorite new supermission actors
She looks familiar by the way... Wasn't she from Generation Hope or somewhere? She's a beautiful actress!!

What goes around comes around
The “Proverbial Boomerang”
Anna's 2 cents; for one thing, her top is inappropriate for the interview. The 2nd thing : her general attitude: she acted like she was looking for a fight. The 2nd lady was dressed appropiatly, was a lot nicer, & generally did everything the right way. I'm glad she got hired.
Maria, the housekeeper is so beautiful.
She has a huge look at me type attitude. She wouldn't have suited the role that was on offer
As soon as she opened her mouth when the lady told her to be quiet I would have told her the interview is over.
Supermission makes the best videos ever :)
They do.. Just like Dhar Mann Soulsnack and many others.. All of these videos teach us valuable life lessons.
@@animalhousesanctuary6566 Yep I agree 😊
OMG- she redefined the word "entitled".
Great skit. It really sums up what's wrong with the U.S. these days.
She doesn't even deserve the receptionist position based on that attitude and she clearly doesn't understand that being rude along with her worthless previous job doesn't help. Rosa definitely deserves that job
The audio of the interviewer is very low and unclear compared to the interviewee
The background "music" is very intrusive and definitely out of place.
I have seen this attitude a few times over the years. It was always women that behaved like this. And get made when they don't get what they feel they "deserved."
I'd take the receptionist position in a heartbeat, especially if they are offering it during the interview! I enjoy clerical work, and that position is a GREAT start. The first lady turned down a good opportunity, and she was rude on top of that!
Don't receptionists usually make more money then a restaurant hostess?
Because of attitudes like this, I decided to work on my own.
Damn, she is a bad actress! (The interviewee)
From start to finish she was a brat. She walked in she was asked to wait till the interviewer could finish up a few things. She started tapping her nails when she was asked again she she started trying to forge ahead with the interview. There's no way in hell i would have given her a "call back" baced solely on the interview. Even if she was qualified she's not qualified to be a team member let alone management. As a manager I've read applications and thrown them away because of the way they filled it out, and I don't mean neatness or spelling though I know some who did. Don't bring applications back looking trashy and dirty.
The interviewer set the tone to begin with, having the applicant wait while she's writing, applicant should have waited outside and taken in later, copy of resume should have been available too by both, it's best to have more than one interviewer to avoid this type of reaction.
Some interviewers do that to see if you have patience and understanding of the situation. 2nd interviewee had her resume. Some business have only one person interview. On all my job interviews there were only one person, the hiring Manager.
You gotta start small, Mina.
Inpatient people believe that things should go their way
The interviewer was too nice to her.I would have shut her down immediately
A receptionist is a much better position than a hostess at a restaurant.
How NOT to behave at a job interview.
😅😂 way to play this out
She’d be gone in a second!
After 45 seconds..”we’re done here; thanks for coming in. Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.”
How very rude.
I once inherited a receptionist when I was promoted at my job, who wouldn't even greet the customers, she would wait until they approached her.
Are there really people like this interviewing? I have been retired for 10 years... so.. if this is happening... I am shocked
So rude. A no no.
"I am sure I'll be getting a call back". "You mean 2nd interview. Callbacks are for actors". I didn't actually know that. When I had minimum wage jobs, they would call me back later. When I found a career, they hired me on the spot, without needing a "callback"! 😂😅
These actors don't flow
That lady for interview who was rude needs to,Learn how to act .
She has the same attitude with everyone, especially men. Hope she enjoys being single for a long time.
Being rude & mean 2 people will hit u hard.
She shouldn’t have been rude she might have got a job !!!!!
I'm a security officer and we are the 1st point of contact when employees, guests, visitors, or even when something is being delivered or picked up? If I was her, I would have accepted any type of business/ office job even as a janitor?
Applicant: "Would have read it already..."
Me: Interview over! You don't dictate what I "should" have done! And tapping your fingers as if i'm wasting "your time?" NO!
Hostess isn't management, dear! And being a hostess isn't an 'essential' employee! And 'extensive experience' isn't in 6 months! You AIN'T THAT SPECIAL!
Applicant: "Look..."
Me: Interview over, round 2!
Applicant: mini tantrum
Me: Security!
First mistake: barging into someone's office without knocking or been told to come in. Did she even have an appointment for an interview?
She knocked. She was rude and impatient but she knocked.
Are there people liker her in interviews? It's hard to believe
She talked to her like.most of today's women talk to their boyfriends
What a nitwit. They should fire her at the other job as well.
This person has a very nasty attitude first of all. From being a server at a restaurant she's ready to move up and wants to be a manager. She thinks she's too good for any position but a manager. How rude is this person. I would never hire her. She's too obnoxious.
Hey Rosa
Fits the entitlement mentality
Why would she even offer her a receptionist position? She was rude from the beginning
Because she saw she had potential and the manager had a huge heart
@@joshuakeely5593 she was a rude, arrogant brat. No potential
Hey Mina
Receptionist!? Take that 💩.. A job is a job and it's legal money 😑😞 offer me a legal job and I'll take it. It beats being broke
The interview would of ended at the interruption.
I’m looking for a job so thank you for the clear cut examples what to do and what not to
ok vid but the volume quality is appalling. it happens often. please sort it.
Damn I didn't expect to be early
