I don’t think most people understand how impressive this is. That is exceptional.

50 pull ups is like 300 push-ups lol
I used to be able to do that many. But now I'm a fat bastard.
@@tom4115 I don't know why we got this video together but same here so lets get it back.
Amazing how he squeezed out 41, you can tell he got tired around the mid 20s but from there was pure determination. Huge props 🫡
Seriously, it's mind-blowing!! He's got the ultimate strength and endurance balance. After 20 reps it's basically cardio BUT to do that kind of cardio and for 21 more reps you need that fcking strength and endurance. Huge respect to him 🌟
most pathetic comment section i’ve ever seen. This is some of the best form for pullups i’ve seen yet people still have a problem with it.
Ya idk this is legit clean form. Full range of motion, no kipping, chin above the bar. Full of normies here.
Edit: I might criticize him tilting his chin up, he should just look straight, but that's about it.
@@LOLxArcSabera bit of tilting Is ok even street lifters do it when they are pulling big weights .his form is still even like that 95% clean. Btw there was a Russian guy that did 112 pull ups I think consecutive in 12 minutes without letting go off the bar all with ideal form which is so insane 🤯💀
@@LOLxArcSaber You can't do 5 pull ups yourself.
I mean, there were a few times his arms either weren't fully extended, or didn't pull himself all the way up. But it's still impressive.

Incredibly strong. Anything above 15 is pretty good but over 40 is insane.
But his form is shit , sometimes hes doing till chest but mostly to chin only
@@d3adyoutubeaccount his form isn’t shit it just isn’t perfect. even with shit form 90% of people still can’t do this

His form was wrong, cope
@@howtobecomeachad1456 His form wasn't wrong at all. You're just a typical jealous hater who can't even do half the number of pull-ups that he did.

No click bait , no bullshit , no unnecessary chit chat . Bro just pull up and smiling
People will always find a reason to hate. 41 strict pull ups is absurd. It's rare to find someone that can do even half of that.
It’s extremely impressive and I definitely couldn’t do that but I probably wouldn’t call them strict pull ups. His chest doesn’t reach the bar.
the half is doable
bro i reached my limit at 25 yesterday and my lats still kill me... bro this is motivation
@@1reptile121 That fully depends on your standard. I feel like in general the standard is chin over the bar. With strict I meant no momentum/kipping.

I would guess the majority of men probably can't do 1.

@@erdal2356thing is, even if other people do harder things this is still amazing 😅
why are you hating bro he is crazy strong@@erdal2356
@@erdal2356 If someone can do something faster, better, harder, etc. than a given person, it doesn't mean that the thing in question is less than fast, good, or hard to do.
For those saying he has bad form. Do you not see his whole arms being extended all the way and he is pulling all the way up with his chin above the bar? That is a pull-up…
His arms aren't extending all the way, is only barely getting his chin above the bar, and his reps are not slow and controlled. Still impressive though, not judging him at all. Good form is mostly only necessary for long term training. If you're going for a PR, then who really cares?
@@johnmaaate2833 his arms do extend all the way down….
@@johnmaaate2833 This is definitely good form. Its not about how fast you do the motion its about how you do the motion, so his reps not being "slow and controlled" doesn't really matter. Although I would say they are controlled, just not slow.
@@johnmaaate2833 not everyone trains the same way - some people do less but slower and some people do more but faster to make up for it so in the end i would say its around the same
@@elian7786 It's good form but not perfect. Goose-necking to get the chin over the bar is far from perfect. If he was challenged to do the same without doing that, he'd do far fewer. Coming from someone who's trained pull ups for a long time - always with as perfect form as I can get until I can't sustain it. Also, slow and controlled is somewhat linked to good form - it shows that you have mastery over the movement and don't require external help (such as momentum) to get it done.
Mark Walberg here is an example of those CLEAN pull ups
Shout out for getting into the algorithm 2 years after uploading
I just saw this too lmao
David Goggins: “Dude, you’re only at 40%”
Haha underrated comment
You know you’re in shape when you’re doing so many pull-ups it counts as cardio
Exactly 😂
Well that’s actually somewhat true. It’s muscular cardio, but as long as your muscles are fatigued and need adaptation to impose the demands you will build muscle nonetheless and some strength alongside.
Only the people that are facing this type of challenges can understand the effort behind this video, big respects (my PR is 20 pull ups).
I think too many people criticize the form when they can't do much themselves! 41 is amazing number! Clean reps man! No one arm hanging rest as well! Good job
💪💪
Thanks a lot!

@@tommyzoom9976 thats two arm hanging which is not a rest. Most people can't hang for more than 2 minutes. One arm hanging can be rest for very strong individuals but only quite a few people can rest that way 😃
@@ElvisLifts I'd have thought 2 would be easier but that makes sense. Either way I can only manage 3 so he still did amazing
The form is absolute shit though. Even guiness world records require you to deadhang. And Im not talking out of my ass either, I can do 20 deadhang pull ups no problem.

Why all the hate in the comments? His chin was going up the bar in every pull up, and for 41 pull ups, decent form. Keep going forward Ferhat.

The effort and dedication needed to accomplish this is elite.
That's impressive grip strength. 👏 When I was at my best, I could hit 30 before pause on a good day, the most I think I ever got was 35.
I thought these were going to be some bad looking pull ups.. Good form and reps my brother👍🏼💪🏼
This is one of the best and cleanest pull-up videos I've seen when it comes to numbers. Two days ago I tried and did 24, my weight is 90 kg. But the form was 8/10, because I start neglecting it while understanding that my grip strength will let me down, so I do them quickly and in this process I think I sometimes don't go all the way down. On the other hand, I need to find higher bar in order to have my legs straight because when one wants to do max, he needs space in order not to start swinging. Amazing job. Hope I will cut a few kilos and one day be able to perform 30.
people calling this "trash form" are just mad with envy and toxin in their brains xD
it wasn't perfect form, but what you did definitely counts as solid pull ups. Chest to bar type is a completely different type of pull ups. This is the standard, classical pull up. Every drill instructor would accept that

@@mrinvincible6849 I worked my way to my first pull ups by doing mostly negatives, isometric holds at the top and dead hangs. So basically breaking a pull up into components. I was doing that almost every day whenever I'd have some spared 10 or 15 minutes and I parred with some simple barbell training twice or three times a week. Try to engage your scapula when you do the dead hangs.
Start with assisted ones if your gym has that machine. If not, research here on YT
