    Abby, both of my parents rejected me, both have said they regret not aborting me. I was kicked out of our family years ago. I was alone til having kids. I have changed thru Neville that I learned to love me, not 100 yet. Close to my kids. Not close to family,siblings,etc. I have had to figure out how to change it all for good. I still stay away from men because I pick the worst of the worst, and until I trust that I can love me alone and know my worth, no men

      The biggest thing I can say is that until you make your own opinion of yourself as the highest one that matters for you, you'll keep finding ppl who reject you bc you will look for validation and self worth through someone else's approval of you. Does this make sense?

    Hello abby, please can you write me what ist the best way to attract some amount money to me life?

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  9 месяцев назад

      First, it's less about attracting it and more about your lens of perception combined with you expanding your identity to receive it.... List out your current dynamic with money.. is it barely there no matter how hard you work? Is it feast or famine? What is that dynamic like? Once you write that out and get clear. I want you to look back at your early life when it came to getting your basic needs met and your access to love and connection as a kid. Was it the same dynamic?

  • @larrybryant4827

    Even with “clearing out” that you discuss, there is no way you can guarantee the continuous fidelity of another unless they are independently committed to a set of principles that require this.

    • @greyberet1

      Very astute of you to recognize, and remark, upon this, and it explains one reason why most ethnic groups, members of various faiths, and other exclusive groups emphasize the importance of mingling and forming alliances of all kinds, including marriage, with only those who share the same beliefs…
      Should be obvious but humans tend to “think” with their emotions, rather than their intellect 😂. Just saying…

    Can I ask you where does Karma stands in this ? In 07:22 you tell about the trigger part and that’s exactly what I felt in a painful level when the guy I loved left me but when I look back it was just a matter of 4 months when I felt like he might lose interest because I have gained weight and I’m not the hottest shape like how I was in school and I never showed him my old pictures because I wanted to fight the urge of holding that back while hitting gym so I can show him those pics when I actually hit my goal weight but now that I’m going back to your explanation this is only the first time someon broke up with me cause I was the one who would get bored and move on to someone better if I see them not leveling up with me. So I thought it was karma teaching me to stop the pattern but also telling me to fix my assumptions & beliefs why I hurt others and they still come craving to be with me while the man I loved lost all interest suddenly n with someone else. Like he was mirroring me so perfectly that I felt bored to be around him to so I thought I have become boring & I used to be a somewhat famous gamer and I do not have that spark anymore in me so every time I see him playing with anyone my self confidence went so low n I became all words and no actions which is the complete opposite of me 4 years ago. I was active,outgoing,popular in uni & anyone I like dates me but that time I was self centered and wasn’t feeling grateful for people but only for me me me ,my things my life my belongings. But the moment I shifted and became more grounded I started losing the spotlight & even lost my guy which aches ny heart till this day and I want him back but a big part of me says I never go back to exs so he will not come back to me too cause he mirrors me hard. Do you think this isn’t karma but all my hard wired beliefs in my subconscious?

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  Год назад +2

      I don't think this is karma. I think it's 2 things 1) Self abandonment.. meaning that you "anticipating" or thinking he would leave you is actually rejecting you and putting you down in those moments.=self abandonment.. this is totally common and something i did for 98% of my life and you can break the habit 2) It sounds like usually you were avoidant in relationships but this relationship may have been closer or someone you actually want so you shifted to anxious..both of those two types fear they will be abandoned but have different styles of how to deal with that fear.... I'd imagine that as a kid some people crossed your boundaries and other people went too far away and emotionally neglected you. Both of these can be healed. 3) Did you grow up in a religious dynamic or a caretaker giving you the message that you'd be punished if you had mistakes?

  • @amdiary7
    @amdiary7 Год назад +1

    But my question is; Are you sure if my mindset changes I will attract something to me ?
    Because my personal problem is not that I attract negative things to me, it’s that I don’t attract anything at all

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  Год назад +3

      My first question would be, when you were younger and got what you wanted or got attention was anyone around you mean to you because you stood out? Did anyone around you tell you that you were selfish or anything negative when you got what you wanted? Or did you hear them talk about other people as bad because they had want they wanted?

    • @amdiary7
      @amdiary7 Год назад +1

      @@AbbyRuston everyone was jealous of me so they used to steal my stuff/break it and tell me I don’t deserve it because I “did nothing” to have it ( basically money wasn’t a problem for my family so I had all the material stuff I wanted and people were extremely jealous )
      I NEVER bragged about it you know I would just go to school wearing something cute and people were jealous.
      I’ve heard all my life even now that I’m spoiled, that I have “everything I want” and that I must suffer now and be unhappy like them, it makes me so sad because okay I have the material things I want but I’m very lonely. It’s not as easy as it seems because I feel like money can’t buy relationships but people tend to think you can do everything with money when in fact it’s not true at all.

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  Год назад +3

      Humans' don't spoil. Having what you need and more than you need ISN"T selfish.. It's living the way we were meant to live.. Do you see a tree and think how terrible it is flourishing and thriving and growing.. taking up MORE resources than it did before? How dare it? Now you appreciate the expression and vastness it is sharing with us.. When a baby cries do you judge the baby or tell it it's selfish for asking for food or care? No you simply try to understand it's need to meet it. So it makes TOTAL sense why you can't change anything.. bc your subconscious mind is like NO.. if that happens then you will get lots of shit attention and negative feedback and that's really painful so I'm gonna help you and keep you away from that... You did not do anything wrong to cause those people to be jealous.. They wanted what you had and due to their own issues they took it out on you, so now it's about taking ownership of your sense of safety and perspective. Do YOU think someone who has what they need is selfish? How do YOU feel about it? As you learn to be safe and be in your integrity and no longer relate to your environment you can start to make new choices and attract a new dynamic.. but you are responding now as you did as a kid.. you couldn't keep yourself safe as a kid you had to dim your light, now you CAN keep yourself safe as an adult and start to become aware of that autopilot to dim your light or back away from good things... learning somatic exercises can help you break this pattern. Bc right now you see the good thing you want and your body says DANGER.. so you'll need to learn to regulate your nervous system and soothe it as you become aware of the auto interpretation and practice Awareness, Breathe, (New) Choice. Let me know if you have more questions about this!

      @@AbbyRuston first, I would like to thank you for your replies and just this morning I actually wanted to tell you that you were the only manifestation youtuber who truly helped me because I like your way of explaining things, it makes a lot of sense.
      I totally get what you mean, I think that indeed, I’m unintentionally keeping myself out of the “spotlight” because I felt like I was in the spotlight when I was a kid but always to be envied and disrespected.
      However, I do not see people who have everything they want as bad or as if they didn’t deserved it, at best I’m happy for them and at worst I’m just indifferent, I don’t pay attention to them.
      I REALLY like your metaphor with the tree btw! It makes sense.
      But yeah, I was wondering, what are somatic exercices ?

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  Год назад +3

      They are practices that help you connect to your body. If you search in youtube, several will pop up. Starting to use them can help you start to learn what it feels like to feel safe in your body.. for you it will be about feeling safe while being seen.. feeling safe around others and knowing you can trust yourself to keep you safe and there are people out there who want the best for you!

      I understand. I want you to know that you have your own equally important intelligence. The more you can start to see that possible the environment you grew up in misunderstood that intelligence, it doesn't mean that intelligence isn't there. The more you can see that possible your evironment had good intentions, but didn't hold the emotional capacity and emotionally maturity to meet the needs you had and the needs you deserved to be met. This can lead you to think YOU are the issue, when really it's the lacking of the caregivers. It doesn't mean they were bad or wrong, it means that you didn't get what you needed and it created a distorted view of yourself.. lesser than other. The more you can get clear on how this shows up and start to "mind the gap" the more you can get a chance to make a new choice. Outside of a triggering moment, you can work to reclaim your self image, bc it sounds like currently it's still based on that early on environment which is very understandable. but I want to let you know it's safe for you to be seen and shine the way you were made to be! Not in the shadow, in your own light! Hope this helps 🙌🏼
