I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 years ago and I can remember how I felt when the doctor told me I won’t be able to conceive, I have had successful pregnancies and now I’m a mother of 3 and I have been able to live with my condition comfortably just with the use of quality natural herbs.

See I was diagnosed with PCOS but because I identify as a guy I never had an issue with having more hair and my voice being a bit deeper- I'm even on T now lol!
But they do have me on watch for things like weight and diabetes
Having treatment done for weight and diabetes and similar things helps the prognosis significantly in women or other afabs who have this condition
oh and I like he mentioned metformin as a treatment! for me it's been wonderful- as much as I hate menstruating (gender dysphoria) they're actually far more regular IF I get one after having lost 50+ pounds! my labs are starting to look cleaner in that department too and I'm not diabetic :) it's amazing how far we've come as the human population with treating previously chronic and untreatable conditions!

It's comforting seeing other trans men who are in the same boat as me

Wonderful ~ With infrequent periods, oligomenorrhea, and amenorrhea, the lining of the uterus can get too thick leading to endometrial hyperplasia. I had been diagnosed and started on oral contraceptive for cycle regulation. This problem can increase the risk for uterine cancer.

weight loss and medication AREN'T the only form of treatment. For anyone with pcos just know there are other options and you're not alone. @milamend does an excellent job showing how you can help regulate your body (not only with supplements but necessary lifestyle changes)
