I have to tell you I truly love shaving my vulva lol I’ve mastered my routine that works for me … but I have always wanted to try getting a wax and see if it’s something I would want to do for a trip so I don’t have to worry about cleaning up the bikini line every day when I’m wearing a bathing suit. Y’all… it honestly was not as bad as I was expecting!! I was pleasantly surprised. I went to sweet peach, and my girl Gina hooked it up! Ten out of ten would recommend the Brazilian! I’ve been getting waxed consistently now for about five years. Full legs and Brazilian because my hair is blonde on my legs so a laser would not work so might as well do the works! It’s especially handy with having babes at home and being able to only go in once every five to six weeks is a huge time saver!
The first one is the worst. After that it gets so much easier especially if your consistent. It also helps if you pop a pain killer about 20 mins before you get it done and don’t go the week before your period because you’ll be much more sensitive.
Never again! I cried the whole entire time, I'm actually scarred from the first one. So trimming it is for me and if I ever go back it's only for a bikini

I was a champ for my first one! The aesthetician literally thought that I had been getting them for years - proud of myself! Hehe. The worst part for me was the heat on/near the booty hole! Literally felt like a million degrees 😂
Babe I recommend laser! The pain is similar but for an eighth of the time and you can do lidocaine (numbing cream) then it’s a permanent result

My wax lady was pricey and it was about $20 more per session but I only needed 8 sessions for permanent removal versus every 5 weeks til forever

I don't know why my experience is so different but laser didnt do shit for me😢 I was in different studios, different areas, I lost like 5-10% percebt of my hair, for a short period of time. Multiple sessions didnt help much, barely any reaction

If you can find someone good it's easy peasy. Especially if you continue to go every 6 weeks or so. It literally takes like five minutes. So worth it!

Got a Brazilian about a month before giving birth and it was HOORRIIBLE. It was so painful. I was sweating so bad lol the longest 30 minutes of my life

@@daniellav1580 I did check lots of reviews!And she was honestly amazing, it’s just a sensitive area and apparently pregnant women’s pain tolerance is lower than normal, making it a little more painful. I WOULD do it again though. Like yeah, it’s painful, but so worth it in my opinion. I haven’t gone back just cause life changes after having a baby OBVI 😂 and I haven’t thought about it. I’ve just gotten lazy and would rather spend my money on other things at this point in my life :)

I couldn’t do it. My then bf paid for me to get one. Couldn’t even finish. Never again. Basically did my mound and that’s it but it was so smooth for so long so I’m jelly of the wax girlies and wish I could be one 😂

I wish I could do the bikini area 😂 I’ve been waxing at home for a few months now, and I can’t believe it took me so long to do it for my legs! But I only screwed up the courage to do it for my bikini area and armpits ONCE. That sh!t hurt so bad I literally almost CRIED. I will keep shaving my pits and bush, thanks 😂😂

Let me tell ya’ll THAT SHIT HURTSSSSS but the results are so worth it!! Today I had my very first full Brazilian wax and HOLY SHIT… that’s all I can say! I had such a sweet woman that had so much patience with me, I have a high pain tolerance but WOW.

It’s really not that bad….. yeah it sucks but the more you do it the less painful it is.
This is what people have always told me about eyebrows and lips, but I have not experienced reduced pain over time.

What exactly is a Brazilian wax? Do you have to show all your bits/bum during the waxing? I mean, there's at-home wax kits and great shavers for that too. I'd be way to embarrassed to let someone I don't know do that for me. Isn't there at least 4 days of redness involved afterwards, regardless? I would really like to get to the bottom if this cuz imo, it sounds so bizarre 😅
During a Brazilian wax, your whole private area is exposed because you would be getting that whole area waxed usually including your butt hole. It can definitely be awkward and uncomfortable. I’m an esthetician student so I always try and make my clients as comfortable as possible during a Brazilian. Also the area doesn’t always get red but if it does, it usually only lasts a of couple hours.
I've been doing this waxing my whole life, I don't recommend doing it alone at home, people study how to do it because it can cause injuries and it's much more painful alone if you don't know the techniques.and the right way to pull, the skin becomes irritated with the amount of times you replace and pull the wax, if you do it the wrong way you will have to go through the same pain several times by repeating the process and the redness in the skin after the wax Just last couple of hours and even less than this If put some lotion to calm the skin, Generally, the epilator applies it as soon as it is finished.
Here in brazil we call it just wax.

Im an esthetician student and definitely recommend getting a Brazilian to anyone who is hesitant. It does usually hurt quite a bit depending on your pain tolerance, but it’s worth it. After the first one, it’s not as painful and the hair is finer so it’s easier for both you and your esthi!
