When we were about to record our second studio album, "Attero Dominatus", we found ourselves in a race against time. We were under immense pressure with just 3 weeks at our disposal. We jumped straight into recording, mixing and mastering the album, surviving on minimal sleep. The culmination? We wrapped up the master tapes a mere 60-minutes before rushing to catch our flight for the tour, while simultaneously patching up Pär after he was assaulted in the studio by someone who wanted to steal all of our gear. "Rise of evil" REALLY sounds like something quite bad awakening from death, as if a monster that'd been asleep is now marching to feast on pure destruction and carnage. I LOVE it! God bless Sabaton!

Primo Victoria is one of my favorite metal songs ever. Was my gateway song to Sabaton. Sucks that some ignorant venue owners are against it because they use the word 'nazi' without regard for the context in which it is written.

Thank you for 8 years, because I have been listening to you for so many years. And since I'm 21, that's almost half my life, almost almost. I hope that you will create twice as many brilliant albums as before. If I had to pick a favorite I couldn't, they are all my favorites. Maybe songs, but I would have to write most of them. I hope you will play more concerts in Poland, I hope to see you at the concert!
after joakim says 'The reich will rise!' and that little jingle plays, it feels like human instinct to head bang to it. The whole entire song is on one beat that feels like it's creeping up your spine and every once in a while tap it to give you shivers it's just insane. You can easily understand the story/history behind the song because of it's slow pace but it flows so well that you can't help but jam to it.
O Sabaton tem álbuns fantásticos e músicas incríveis. Eu acho que tanto que acaba que algumas ficam pra trás. Attero Dominatus e Angels Calling são duas obras primas que mostram muito isso. (sim amigos, esse é o comentário BR que vcs estavam procurando)
😅my first ever song was during covid, I felt very sad at that time and that is when I came across Bismarck and was like damnnnnnnn and that it how it all started. The sabaton craving. To this date I listen only to sabaton.
I hate RUclips commercials......had to watch 4 commercials before it let me start watching and then had to watch another 2 commercials because I moved the marker back to the beginning of the album....ridiculous!! However, Sabaton is freakin' awesome and love their music!!!

Even though the songs on this album sound quite simple compared to the band's future work, I like them even more. This is metal in its purest form.
