Love Far side/River side, the wife and I run it and walk it at least 5 times each time we come to Whistler. I highly suggest if you have not already stop'n in Function and getting a few Slices of Pizza at Functional Pie. Ask for Leigh (the owner) and tell him Nate sent ya ;) Was not familiar with a River runs through it, great looking trail. Next time in for sure will be renting a bike and hit'n that one up! Thanks for the great video, love seeing the dog out on your adventures!!
Loving these trail vids! I’ve been to whistler several times and normally just stay in the bike park, next time I may have to do a day or two out of the park for sure!
Thanks! I remember riding a lot of these trails before the park opened, and it's quite cool as you can see the evolution of the trails over time, especially when you include north shore, Squamish and Vancouver.
Chris Eyres that’s so sick! I’d like to eventually do a 2 week trip to that area that way I could spend a day or 2 riding the north shore and Squamish as well before getting to Whistler. Everything in that area looks so good to ride. Have you taken the Sight into the bike park yet?
Get riding son! I’m mtn biking vicariously through you. Go practice some drops somewhere on that 29er as I’m sure the length and wheel size make it a bit different in that regard.
I'm just starting to get used to feel of it, have done a few small drops in the sides of the trails, but ready to pick it up a little. Wouldn't mind a day in park on Crank it Up and the like...
Hi... constructive criticism. I like the perspective at 10:00 where we see more of the trail. Anytime the handlebars show, I feel like the aim is too low.
Yeah I hear ya, I like it when there is at least part of the tire in the shot, otherwise I think its like the camera is floating down the trail. I need to experiment more with angles... Specifically getting a full face and mounting below the chin
So many great views. Dot is a trooper.
Such a great place for biking!
Man I have appreciation now for your editing skills. 13 minutes long, this must be 50-100 cuts! Nice overlays of the trail maps.
Those trails are so beautiful Chris, almost enough to get me on a bike.
Almost!? What dya need to tip you over the edge? Free beers at the end?
@@ChrisEyres No one mentioned the free beers before. I'm in.
Man, it must be great to have all those biking trails near you and to have something fun to do during lockdown!
I know it dude, so happy to have them

Great video. Thank you. Is there a gps version of the tour? Track?🇨🇭
