INGREDIENTS :
(HINDI)
आलू की इडली
आलू (मध्यम आकार) - २, छीले हुए
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
सूजी - १ कप (२०० ग्राम)
दही - १/२ कप
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, बारीक कटी हुई
धनिया - १ चम्मच
इनो - १ छोटा चम्मच (५ ग्राम)
मूंगफ़ली की चटनी
खाद्य तेल - १ + २ चम्मच
लहसुन - ५ से ६ कलियां
उडद दाल - १ + १ छोटा चम्मच
मूंगफ़ली - १/२ कप
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
जीरा (भूना हुआ) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
नीम्बू का रस - १ चम्मच
राइ (सरसों) - १ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते

Aloo ki Idli
Potato (medium size) - 2, pealed
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Semolina - 1 cup (200 gm)
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Dried Red Chilli - 1, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
ENO - 1 tsp (5 gm)
Peanut Chutney
Edible Oil - 1 + 2 table spoon
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Split Black gram - 1 + 1 tsp
Peanut - ½ cup
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Dried Red Chilli - 1, finely chopped
Roasted Cumins - ½ tsp
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves

This turned out really well much better than plain rava idly, it's super soft and spongy , though being a south Indian, this was the best peanut chutney I tried and turned perfect

I've made the chutney yesterday and it has come amazing and right now the idlis are in the steamer getting ready... I can't wait to taste them! Idlis turned out very soft n tasty, n with the chutney it tasted superb , and though we tried with coconut chutney n mulgapurram n oil , it tasted best with your singdana chutney. Thanks a lot for this lovely tasty different idli chutney.
