    O del mio dolce ardor
    Bramato oggetto
    Bramato oggetto
    L'aura che tu respiri,
    Alfin respiro
    Alfin respiro.
    O vunque il guardo io giro,
    Le tue vaghe sembianze
    Amore in me dipinge:
    Il mio pensier si finge
    Le più liete speranze;
    E nel desio che così
    M'empie il petto
    Cerco te, chiamo te, spero e sospiro.
    O del mio dolce ardor
    Bramato oggetto
    Bramato oggetto
    L'aura che tu respiri,
    Alfin respiro
    Alfin respiro.

    Thank you very much for this video! I was just assigned this song and I've been listening to performances on RUclips. I noticed differences in each singers pronunciation. Thanks to you, I now know the correct way to sing this gorgeous piece.

    Little by little, I feel Italian people love sweet expression to love, and they like to breath together? It is difficult to translate in Japanese. I guess I have to learn the expression and pattern of words they usually use.

    Итальянский язык действительно звучит в резонаторах уже, в маске, поэтому он признается лучшим для пения.

    Donna Villa, i have a request please. would you also teach us how to pronounce the lyrics to ogni pietra sung by Dimash Kudaibergen? i don't really trust the translations by others and i do appreciate the detail you give when you explain each word (thank you very much by the way). you might also enjoy the performance, if you have not yet heard it. please consider this request. thank you and God bless you and protect you and yours in Jesus' mighty name.

    and regarding ovunque (spanish speaker here, hi!) the word almost sounds like "aunque" which means "even though" ^.^

    • @ElenaVilla
      @ElenaVilla  3 года назад

      not really, beacuse in aunque you have a au as a start, while in ovunque you have ov...and also, spanish speakers don't pronounce the u between the q and the e, while we do...we should share some audio files...write to me direct pvt!!

    Everyone sings oggetto, not ojjetto as you teach.

    • @ElenaVilla
      @ElenaVilla  4 года назад +4

      Dear Tashod1000 I am sure that the majority of experienced singers do, but considering the many different languages of the world, non native italian singers may happen to pronounce words with specific mistakes, that deal with their own native language. We have to consider all possible mistakes, even for non experienced singers or beginners. I can assure you that some native italians do pronounce oggetto that wrong way, because of their own regionalism, so we, as natives, found ourselves working on our own pronunciation, in spite of being Italians. It's just a matter of practice. Moreover, from time to time melodies don't help, because of high or low notes. So, if I seemed to mean that everybody tends to do that mistake, I am sorry, because I'm just considering a possible mistake that can be done even by a native italian singer. Thank you for writing and I hope I clarified that point. Good Singing.
