This is an awesome test! I kind of did a test myself. I ultimately ended on the Halos due to the durability and reliability. I had two cosmi-cosmu nocks blow up on me mid shot. I think it was due to shooting 30.5 draw 80lbs on my lift 33. Luckily the bow and arrow had no damage but the arrow was sent way off course. I had a couple nocturnals over the years break on me. So for since last year I have had the same 3 halo nocks, each probably have around 1,000 shots in them. Zero issues and the light still works.
Great test. I really like the halos but the ones I got this year have been dimmer than I would like. Currently shooting LIT knocks from flex fletch. You have to test some out.
As soon as I saw the nap nocks I shook my head lol. I tried them a few years ago and they were absolute trash! The pack I got said to use dental floss to make the fit better lol 😂. I managed to get 1 out of the pack to work but it only worked 2 shot and stopped. The others wouldn’t light up on the shot only with my fingers. They are like the lemon of lighted nocks. Awesome job with the review I know that took some time. Definitely appreciated! I think I’ll be picking up a pack of the cosmi lol
Two years ago I was shooting the old Glory nock with no problem. Then stumbled onto the deep power bushing packs. They blew me away with the switch and how brute they are. This summer I shot my hunting quiver and two of the 5 were dead so I ordered 2 packs of new ones I’ve even got them in my Traditional bow set up. Then couple buddies saw them and bought them. But I’m liking the Cosmi -comu I think I’m going to replace the deep power strobes with them Thanks for doing this. Cause I was convinced you do t need to spend $40 for 3.
I am convinced of that as well especially after buying all of these and putting to work in every aspect as in depth as possible to find these results! More nocks will be tested like this!
I compared the green lighted nock of KEAUP and the green lighted nock of DEEPOWER, and found that the green lighted nock of KEAUP is brighter. Maybe you can use the same color for comparison. I asked the seller of KEAUP, and the green lighted nock is the brightest.
The string fit is proven on each by me shooting them, if it’s loose I don’t shoot them Every nock had a great fit on the string so be learned from testing em the most likely issue to run into is fit on the arrow itself
I bought the CosiComu's based on this video. Unfortunately they didn’t fit my arrows (Black Eagle Rampage .204). The inserts provided did not fit correctly. The insert & nock pulled out of the arrow when i pulled the arrow off the string. Returned them for another pack-same thing. Ended up buying the Deepower nocks and they fit well!
But yea brother. You proved what I tell people. Those cozmis are well worth the money and definitely worth it with the price. Great video bubba and they fly great in my black eagles
DeePower has 12 for $16 and they work. Over 75+ shots each on 4 arrows WITHOUT one failure. The price of the name brands here for 3 or 4 are totally freaking ridiculous. Not sure but I wonder where the name brands are made? Southeast Asia? China?
I bet they are all made in the same place I do believe the halo nocks are made in America but I’d have to double check, one of the reasons I used them last year
I haven't got through the video yet but those NAP's are definite a no go for me. I tested those a couple years ago and they are not durable and not bright. Had three out of one 2 packs get hairline cracks after less than a dozen shots, the ears bent as well!! The fit sucks! Yes I had correct serving fit. Unsafe in my experience. Deep powers worked for me I used them in the .166 strobe. Not the brightest in strobe but never failed after pass thru's. Nocturnals have been my mainstay go to for years. Glory Nock rebranded as halo went through some excellent design changes and are dependable but nowhere near as bright as they originally were. Jupiters are heavy and not bright and in my experience not dependable. Deep power and Nocturnals are bright as the sun love them both. That cosmic whatchmacall it I'm gonna have to try though! Great presentation so far I'm gonna go finish it now lol
Found the ones for my bolt. ID .306 hopefully they will fit without adding any glue. Thanks for all the testing. I didn't even know about these cheaper ones before you told us. I use to use nocturnals bit they got so expensive
I buy the 6 for $13.99 20.5 grains. I went through them all and ended up with some cheap ones clear plastic ,the ends do not squeeze together easy and super bright. 2 years I have used them for practice and hunting and would never use anything else especially for the price.
@@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA I even went to Cosmi store sorry I couldn't find any crossbow nocks OR BUSHINGS that had a .300 diameter for my ten point pro elite bolts. So I bought Deepower nocks for xbows. I WOULDN'T HAVE KNOW ABOUT THEM WITHOUT YOUR VIDEO. THX

I was going off your comment of if your looking for a high foc or to increase foc a light knock is crucial was wrong cause a lighted knock will never increase foc you explain it better later in the video stating that the lighter knocks will increase your foc compared to a heavier lighted knock
@nuke_em_007 sorry I thought common sense would prevail… also I don’t think you listened to what I said lol If you have something lighter at the end of your arrow it increases your FOC due to less weight being at the end of the arrow. some guys get anal about it but those cosmi-comu’s are only 8-12 grains heavier than a regular nock and me personally I have 225 grains up front and I’m not worried about the minimal loss from being able to see the shot placement through the peep and the shot on film

Nice! I just had to see a yellow nock, it didn’t disappoint other than visually looking like it faded just in the short time on target
How’s the string fit for the various nocks? Other than that, great video. Thanks for bringing these to my attention.
