I bought feelin bubbly because it’s small and light. I feel like every neutral palette I have is from the phase where I got sucked into the big palette trend, and now I’m just more in love with concise color stories and smaller palettes. I like that it doesn’t have a ton of depth because everytime I go to do a light simple look I ALWAYS end up going darker that I initially wanted so I wanted a palette where no matter what I do with it, it’s light, fresh, work appropriate, and a great travel/vacation palette where I can do simple looks that go with every outfit I might pack! Then I can add a little liner if I’m feeling more depth haha.
I love these lighter palettes! I am very light toned and over all I have little contrast or saturation in my complexion. This means that even Going Coconut palettes many colours just look so strak on me and definitely not day-to-day appropriate. I know I am probably not the only one :)
You're the best Amanda! 😊 I am pretty disappointed in CP lately. I asked if they would be creating any cool toned mega palettes like Stone Cold Fox but with COLOR and they said, "we just released of Quarts." 🤔 I'm thinking they are identical cool neutrals to SCF. I hope one day they get more into cool toned colors instead of just cool neutrals. I don't feel like I look great in warms or even neutrals due to my heavy pink cool undertone. They release warm browns, warm oranges, and warm pinks etc in almost all of them. Where's the color CP 🤣
I agree. I'd like to see some icy lilacs and blue based pinks as opposed to warm yellow and red based colors. Red undertones in bright or deep purples make me look particularly sick. Yellow undertones make me look dirty. Neither is a nice look. I have the same undertones as you. I'm very fair with strong pink undertones. It is incredibly difficult to find a foundation shade, let alone blushes and bronzers that work. The struggle is real for pink people.
This was a great video wrapping up those palettes ! I have bought Of Quartz as I didn’t really want a huge palette with stone cold fox so it’s perfect! Can’t wait to play with those shades 😍

Out the 5 million palettes Colourpop has released this year I'm really drawn to Of Quartz and Smoke n Roses. Maybe next year I'll end up purchasing them. Btw you look amazing even blurred out 🥰

I'm surprised how similar roaring hearts and feeling bubbly are for being released next to each other! And at this point, i would have thought they would have put themselves out of business with bare necessities, stone cold fox, and fade into hue 😄

And you put perfectly why I don’t even want to look at Stone Cold Fox, I think the biggest pre-made palette I own is ND Glam and that’s enough for me. BTW if I could manufacture an infinite pan of Sonograph (the antique bronze in the Roaring Hearts palette) I’d die a happy woman, I love that shade.
I had not even thought about the fact the of quartz is basically a mini for stone called fox. You are spot on! Ive been eyeing the stone cold fox but didnt need that big of a palette. Explains why i fell in love with of quartz, and it just arrived. Ive yet to play with it, but im fairly certain i can now quit eyeing stone cold fox. Also been waiting and watching for another good colorful palette to come out, but on the bright side this series of neutral palette releases has given me a chance to catch up and pick up some older releases i had been waiting to grab. (Hard to keep up with colourpop sometimes).

A lot of companies release neutrals for gifting near holidays so these make sense to me. The majority of people I know personally prefer wearing neutral shadows...not including myself 🙂 I like bold colors

I've actually been holding off on purchasing from these collections until I heard from you! Honestly though, I was more interested in everything other than the pallets because there are just so many neutral CP pallets. Roaring hearts looks cool but I am really interested in the lip products and highlighters and stuff.
Many moons ago I got the take me home and zodiac palettes. Less moons ago I got limoncello and sandstone. I'm set on neutrals, thanks colourpop. edit, that Safiya "allright" was so spot on!
I managed to resist the urge to buy the Bubbly palette and the Roaring Hearts palette (and the copper one, the Plush Like Me one), but I caved on Of Quartz, Smoke and Roses, and Gone Matte. I know I have the colors in the megapalettes, but I use them in different ways than I use the smaller palettes. I use them as a collection of singles for me to blend out more vivid mattes or to provide a background for my special indie singles. I use the smaller palettes for self-contained looks. I reach for the smaller palettes with a particular color story in mind, but the mega palettes when I want a tray full of options.
Good to know Baroque is similar- I don't have to lust after Of Quartz quite so much now. The Roaring Hearts packaging is cute, but it's a bit warm for me.
I've had my eyes on Of Quartz but it looks really similar to That's Taupe. Also the Feelin Bubbly could've had a cute little popped champagne bottle or champagne glasses clinking cheers but maybe CP didn't want to be so spot on the nose. The design is still cute though!

I am a little interested in Feelin' Bubbly, because it's vegan but I have similar colors already so I probably don't need it. As someone else said, That's Taupe and Going Coconuts are not vegan, as there is a shade in each palette that contains carmine. Fortunately I haven't had any issues with them. I wish CP had more vegan options though, because they don't and the fact they don't seem to restock their singles ever I may not be buying as much from them in the future. I will still keep an eye out on what they release, I like them overall and appreciate the fact they are manufactured in the USA and that they are affordable. Nice video as always.
Of all three of those palettes, the 3rd one is the one I am mostly likely to wear, but I totally get the issues with it. I've never heard that nickname for Colourpop before, it's funny.
I have said this before and have seen it on reddit discussions as well. There are different ways to go with neutral palettes that haven't been done as much as it could. I am talking richer but still muted warm neutral palettes like Colourpop wild child(without the atrocious theme). Most warm neutral palettes are intense terracottas, burgundys, maroons, rust, copper shimmers, pumpkin shades all coordinated together. Now we are seeing warm neutral with brown and blacks that are more neutral leaning cool. UD changed the game a bit with Honey and I want to see that as well but not as intensely yellow. Why have yet to see a warm mid/dark tone brown shimmer? Like?? a chocolate shimmer should be the most obvious thing in this wasteland of warm shadows but I haven't hardly seen it.
I've honestly been living for neutrals lately. I've been so colorful for the past couple of years that I'm a bit burned out. Give me ALL of the boring browns 😅😅
I'm a don't want giant palette person, to many shades I wouldn't use. I have the 5 pan CP taupes shadows, and am not in a rush but one day will get that's taupe (more than enough of those shades for me), and maybe of quartz also. Or maybe I don't need both. I'm kind of leaning towards of quartz more if I had to pick 1. I also have Baroque though I haven't even used it. I bought too many shadows the last few years, still getting through trying them slowly.
I bought the "Of Quartz" palette because the Stone Cold was just too big for me. I am glad it came out, but I understand the feeling of disappointment with so many neutral colors in most of their palettes.
Lots of neutrals lately, yes, and I have noticed they're starting to have grays included in non-monochromatic palettes now. I definitely applaud this because gray is such an underrated color. :D I keep telling myself not to buy every palette they add a gray into because I've wanted more brands to include grays in more varieties of palettes for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. XD
I so agree with you about gray! I love gray shadows and colors with a gray undertone, like a grayish purple or grayish brown. I've grown to love the grays even more now that I've embraced the pandemic graying of my hair. 🙂

I have bare necessities and stone cold. I feel like I have alllll the colorpop basic colors now. They really don’t deviate from their color ranges and if they do, they are absurd colors that I would not wear.
It’s getting to the point where I don’t need to buy the new palettes because I have the shadow shades from previously purchased ones. I think the normal consumer doesn’t buy every single palette like me. And that’s ok. I do want them to continue to stay in business but maybe only release a new collection every 3 weeks.
Meh stuff happens Amanda, technology is 🤡🙄 sometimes and I say that as an IT person. It is totally fine. I come to your channel because you actually give detailed info because otherwise I am constantly pulling teeth in these comment sections getting YTbers to give details like texture, shade, undertone, depth, longevity, swatches and tbf it's getting better in that I have found others that give decent info. But good god, asking for comparisons is like asking for the moon. Even for super obvious ones like would anyone care to compare Fenty Slip Shine lipsticks to Milani fetish shine(and all the other drugstore ones like this?? No? Ok, that's what I thought.) I know people need to get reviews out there but man some in depth info would be nice. Like can we please not do first impressions of skincare for example ugh. sorry for the rant.
The good news for Feelin’ Bubbly is that unlike most of the other palettes in this video, this one is vegan. I can’t use most of CP’s palettes because of a carmine allergy so Feelin’ Bubbly is perfect for me. ❤️

They should've made the Feeling Bubbly palette an all shimmer palette. It would've made sense with the champagne theme. I wanted it but seeing how similar it is to Nude Mood, I will pass.
Feeling Bubbly is a rare Colourpop neutral palette that is vegan. None of their neutral palettes are vegan, and none of the Megapalettes are vegan. Even the pinky/mauvy palettes aren’t vegan, like Blush Crush, Making Mauves, and the new Smoke and Roses. Nude Mood, Going Coconuts, That’s Taupe, Bare Necessities, Stone Cold Fox, even Of Quartz and Roaring Hearts - NOT VEGAN. I’m almost certain the new matte megapalette won’t be either. Feeling Bubbly is the only one…which is why I bought it. So frustrating that their vegan palette offerings are so limited… The Mandalorian broke my heart as a Star Wars fan and someone who LOVED The Child, and The Tinkerbelle palette and Celtics one, as a green lover. Do better Colourpop!
The new mega palette is all matte shades so I'm not interested at all. Their recent releases have all been so similar to past releases. More so than usual anyway!
I feel like the roaring hearts collection has decent comments on trendmood, but since I’ve seen like nothing about it? & then they went right to releasing bubbly. They like make their own collections fail I swear 😩😩
It’s like anything else, phones, tvs etc. Electronics need to be replaced regularly. They wear out due to constant use and better technology becomes available!

How similar is Of Quartz to Fame? I'm really tempted by the Of Quartz and the Stone Cold Fox colors but the Stone Cold Fox is too large for my taste.

The Roaring Hearts palette reminds me a lot of Laura Lee's Nudie Patootie palette. I don't own either, just the color story seems similar.

Of all three of those palettes, the 3rd one is the one I am mostly likely to wear, but I totally get the issues with it.

It’s called soft focus. I don’t have a problem with it. Looks great.
I have said this before and have seen it on reddit discussions as well. There are different ways to go with neutral palettes that haven't been done as much as it could. I am talking richer but still muted warm neutral palettes like Colourpop wild child(without the atrocious theme). Most warm neutral palettes are intense terracottas, burgundys, maroons, rust, copper shimmers, pumpkin shades all coordinated together. Now we are seeing warm neutral with brown and blacks that are more neutral leaning cool. UD changed the game a bit with Honey and I want to see that as well but not as intensely yellow.
Why have yet to see a warm mid/dark tone brown shimmer? Like?? a chocolate shimmer should be the most obvious thing in this wasteland of warm shadows but I haven't hardly seen it.
I've honestly been living for neutrals lately. I've been so colorful for the past couple of years that I'm a bit burned out. Give me ALL of the boring browns 😅😅
I'm a don't want giant palette person, to many shades I wouldn't use. I have the 5 pan CP taupes shadows, and am not in a rush but one day will get that's taupe (more than enough of those shades for me), and maybe of quartz also. Or maybe I don't need both. I'm kind of leaning towards of quartz more if I had to pick 1. I also have Baroque though I haven't even used it. I bought too many shadows the last few years, still getting through trying them slowly.
I have the quartz one and love it.
As someone who has Smoke Show, Baroque, That's Taupe, and Stone Cold Fox I know I don't need of Quartz but it's so cute lol

I bought the "Of Quartz" palette because the Stone Cold was just too big for me. I am glad it came out, but I understand the feeling of disappointment with so many neutral colors in most of their palettes.
Lots of neutrals lately, yes, and I have noticed they're starting to have grays included in non-monochromatic palettes now. I definitely applaud this because gray is such an underrated color. :D I keep telling myself not to buy every palette they add a gray into because I've wanted more brands to include grays in more varieties of palettes for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. XD
I so agree with you about gray! I love gray shadows and colors with a gray undertone, like a grayish purple or grayish brown. I've grown to love the grays even more now that I've embraced the pandemic graying of my hair. 🙂
I was asking to myself why haven't you made the review of these pallets🤣... I'm completely agree with your comments, the color stories can look a kind of repetitive, but as you said, for sure Colourpop made a marketing investigation, as always.

I think I have an olive undertone, which might explain why I feel some warm neutrals make me look greasy? Or, I'm just crazy, which is actually true🤣

I have bare necessities and stone cold. I feel like I have alllll the colorpop basic colors now. They really don’t deviate from their color ranges and if they do, they are absurd colors that I would not wear.
It’s getting to the point where I don’t need to buy the new palettes because I have the shadow shades from previously purchased ones. I think the normal consumer doesn’t buy every single palette like me. And that’s ok. I do want them to continue to stay in business but maybe only release a new collection every 3 weeks.

Roaring Hearts looks like the Mulan palette without the pops of red imo
Meh stuff happens Amanda, technology is 🤡🙄 sometimes and I say that as an IT person. It is totally fine. I come to your channel because you actually give detailed info because otherwise I am constantly pulling teeth in these comment sections getting YTbers to give details like texture, shade, undertone, depth, longevity, swatches and tbf it's getting better in that I have found others that give decent info. But good god, asking for comparisons is like asking for the moon. Even for super obvious ones like would anyone care to compare Fenty Slip Shine lipsticks to Milani fetish shine(and all the other drugstore ones like this?? No? Ok, that's what I thought.) I know people need to get reviews out there but man some in depth info would be nice. Like can we please not do first impressions of skincare for example ugh. sorry for the rant.

The good news for Feelin’ Bubbly is that unlike most of the other palettes in this video, this one is vegan. I can’t use most of CP’s palettes because of a carmine allergy so Feelin’ Bubbly is perfect for me. ❤️

They should've made the Feeling Bubbly palette an all shimmer palette. It would've made sense with the champagne theme. I wanted it but seeing how similar it is to Nude Mood, I will pass.
I hate all shimmer palettes unless they’re full over foil duochromes and I barley reach for that !

Feeling Bubbly is a rare Colourpop neutral palette that is vegan. None of their neutral palettes are vegan, and none of the Megapalettes are vegan. Even the pinky/mauvy palettes aren’t vegan, like Blush Crush, Making Mauves, and the new Smoke and Roses. Nude Mood, Going Coconuts, That’s Taupe, Bare Necessities, Stone Cold Fox, even Of Quartz and Roaring Hearts - NOT VEGAN. I’m almost certain the new matte megapalette won’t be either. Feeling Bubbly is the only one…which is why I bought it. So frustrating that their vegan palette offerings are so limited… The Mandalorian broke my heart as a Star Wars fan and someone who LOVED The Child, and The Tinkerbelle palette and Celtics one, as a green lover. Do better Colourpop!
The new mega palette is all matte shades so I'm not interested at all. Their recent releases have all been so similar to past releases. More so than usual anyway!
I feel like the roaring hearts collection has decent comments on trendmood, but since I’ve seen like nothing about it? & then they went right to releasing bubbly. They like make their own collections fail I swear 😩😩

It’s like anything else, phones, tvs etc. Electronics need to be replaced regularly. They wear out due to constant use and better technology becomes available!
