⭐Sliced tofu perilla leaves ⭐
🍳 Ingredients
8 slices of sliced pork belly
8 perilla leaves
a head of tofu
Starch
3T of soy sauce
Oyster sauce 1T
1T of cooking wine
2T of starch syrup
4T of water
1T of sesame oil
Sesame
Cooking oil
🥣Honey tip
You can use thin pork belly instead of sliced pork belly.
You can use bacon instead of green onion pork belly.
If you want a spicy taste, add red pepper powder or minced cheongyang pepper.
You can put in the chives.
If the tofu is moist, wipe it with a kitchen towel and remove it.
You can dip it in your favorite sauce without getting sleepy.
Add or subtract the seasoning to your taste.
