This tutorial is excellent for beginners! I’m pretty high level, so I totally appreciate how you incorporated a quick note for those who are advanced. Love this pattern!!
@@ABoCStudio yeah no problem. It was the second project I have ever done so definitely made for beginners and was super easy to follow along. Was also the first time I learned how to double crochet. I'm looking into doing the balaclava next with the bunny ears

You were clear, easy to follow and I Love the part about tying a knot, amazing for me cause I always have this big knot in my way and yes sometimes it comes apart. Thank You for including that tip, I tried it and it does work Love it. Again your tutorials are on point, keep them coming, Thank You.
I'm so thankful you made this video! I am very new at crocheting (doing a small, easy project to get into the swing of things... I only know how to do normal crochet stitch and increase stitch, but I think I can learn how to do double thanks to your explaination). I plan on making my blind mom a cat hat, and me too. Thank you so much! I made an oversized version of the hat with chunkier yarn and I love it! All I did was less rows and less stitches and it worked out well!
I am almost done with my hat! I hadn't been able to learn how to crochet but thanks to you I am so excited to finish my first project!!!! It's looking so cute💕
@@mariamariotto61 yes!!! I finished it and it was so cute!! Since it was my first project I realized I skipped a few stitches at the beginning😭 so I really recommend a stitch marker and counting stitches 😂
tip: to avoid the line going diagonally, when you finish a row, finish it up with a slip stitch, chain as many chains as you need to, and then instead of continuing in the same direction, flip the work and continue on the other direction!! Idk if I explained this well but if you flip your work after slip stitching and chaining, the join line will be vertical :)
I love how relaxing this video was. I think the kids playing made it even better! Just hearing them have fun put a smile on my face. Thank you so much for this tutorial!! You made it so easy to understand:)
bro, are you actually kidding me, my first time taking a hat and it turned out absolutely amazing, like cmon now, the tutorial is super easy to follow and no mistakes were made when I was making mine

awesome tutorial!! i am a beginner at crocheting and didn’t know yarn size mattered 😮so i used a 6 weight yarn but it still came out great! i used 41 for the chain at the beginning and did 12 rows (honestly might’ve been too big i could’ve done 1 or 2 less). thank you so much i love my new hat!!
this is so incredibly informative and helpful!! by far one of the best tutorials i’ve ever watched. you go over absolutely everything and don’t miss anything out. so glad i came across this
Im about to go on a flight back to the US and it’s about an 8 hour long flight so I’m planning on crocheting this during my flight! Thank you so much for the tutorial, I’ve been practicing the stitches (I’m a beginner) I hope I can turn out with a cute hat 💗

this was my first official crochet project i’ve down and i’m absolutely in love!! thank you for this tutorial it was fantastic and you did great on explaining things. i subscribed for future projects 🥰
did you ever figure out what the problem was? i’m having the same issue and i count the stitches and I keep adding an extra one each row somehow but i’m not sure how i keep adding one so counting them isn’t really helping 😢
Tysm!!!! This tutorial was just what I needed. I finally made my very first beanie and it wasn’t frustrating or hard to understand. I made this beanie as a birthday present for my sister. ☺️
This video is a literal perfection! I reached 8:59 till now and every stitch is working with me so nicely and smooth just as the video ! I just have a recommendation for you , when inserting the hook in a chain , I’d really like from you to zoom in the camera so we can see in which chain you inserting the hook in cause the RUclips zoom is for real low quality, and thank you so much for your awesome tut and great work !
Just finished this hat after two days and it's so small it doesn't fit right on my head 😂 That being said, it's perfect for a beginner like me and for my very first project I'm still super proud of it! Thank you
Hi there💞 I'm glad you still like the tutorial anyways🧶 maybe if you like to give it another chance, here's some tips: your piece would turn out smaller or larger than the pattern bc of different materials. So the try-on chain method ar 03:55 is gonna be very useful. For this pattern I use 2 hooks, the bigger 7.0mm for the chain and the smaller for the stitches. In case you have only 1 size of hook, remember to loosen up each chain loop, this would help your piece get an more even look💖
i’m going to be getting the materials for this ! i wanna start croteching as a hobby and i’m super excited ! i watched this video fully because it is so interesting and you explain everything so well! will check in after i have done this :)
Your instructions were so easy to follow. I just finished crocheting this hat and it’s my first timing picking a crochet needle. Turned out so pretty I’m really satisfied. Made it for my niece I hope she loves it!!
I loved this video! I've done a couple of crocheted things already but I still enjoyed how begginer friendly this tutorial one, definitely recommended for anyone who's looking for their first project!
I just finished the rows and I love the tutorial, I’m new to crocheting (my second project so far) and you explain things so well! The only thing I’m a little confused on is that I somehow ended up with way more stitches on the top row than I did at the bottom… I’m not too sure if that’s normal or not
Hi there ✨to avoid accidental increase/decrease stitches, try counting the number of stitches on your first row and keep that number the same on every later rows! 💞💞💞💞
i think this is my first time ever commenting on a video, but this is just too good not to comment on! thank you for this! i have known how to crochet a simple chain for many years but could never seem to be able to follow a pattern. you are amazing at describing what to do! thanks again for this awesome tutorial!!
@@nabiyarizvi7605 I can give you some suggestions💞! So, what yarn and hook size did you use? And the overall shape is loose or it got bigger at the end?
@@ABoCStudio Well I used 3 thin yarns 100%acrilic I don't know the hook and yarns size and I made it too loose 😔 and it took 4-5 days to make and A LOT OF YARN
I've known the basic crochet stitches for years but never made a project until today. Your tutorial was very easy to follow, and my daughter loved the hat I made her! (Even though it's riddled with mistakes lol!) I will be making this again very soon and hope that the next one is even better!

I am almost done with my hat! I hadn't been able to learn how to crochet but thanks to you I am so excited to finish my first project!!!! It's looking so cute💕
Yayy im soo glad to knoww 💗💗💗💗🌻🌻
@@mariamariotto61 yes!!! I finished it and it was so cute!! Since it was my first project I realized I skipped a few stitches at the beginning😭 so I really recommend a stitch marker and counting stitches 😂
omg i’ve tried so many tutorials but this one is definitely the best in-depth tut for a beginner like me who stresses ab things like this
I'm so glad! 😘💕💕
tip: to avoid the line going diagonally, when you finish a row, finish it up with a slip stitch, chain as many chains as you need to, and then instead of continuing in the same direction, flip the work and continue on the other direction!! Idk if I explained this well but if you flip your work after slip stitching and chaining, the join line will be vertical :)
You’re right💕✨✨✨
I love how relaxing this video was. I think the kids playing made it even better! Just hearing them have fun put a smile on my face. Thank you so much for this tutorial!! You made it so easy to understand:)
Ahhh you're so sweet 💕💕 thank you sm 🥰♥️

awesome tutorial!! i am a beginner at crocheting and didn’t know yarn size mattered 😮so i used a 6 weight yarn but it still came out great! i used 41 for the chain at the beginning and did 12 rows (honestly might’ve been too big i could’ve done 1 or 2 less). thank you so much i love my new hat!!
I'm glad you like it 💗💗🧶
dude, i don't know how you can explain better than the videos especially for beginners

Thank you sooo muchh you're the sweetest 💗💗
did you ever figure out what the problem was? i’m having the same issue and i count the stitches and I keep adding an extra one each row somehow but i’m not sure how i keep adding one so counting them isn’t really helping 😢
I'm 9 and just finished this hat! she is great! my friend who is 11 years old also finished this hat
Yayy 💞💞💞😘
Tysm!!!! This tutorial was just what I needed. I finally made my very first beanie and it wasn’t frustrating or hard to understand. I made this beanie as a birthday present for my sister. ☺️
😘😘😘 ahhh thank you for trusting me with your sister's gift 🥺💞💞💞
lol, I'm making it as a birthday present for my mom :)
This hat is EVERYTHING I NEED thanks so much for this tutorial I made one for myself and even am making on for my sister its that cute! 🙌⛄
Awww tysmm im happy to know 🥰🥰
This tutorial is very simple for beginners and even advanced crocheters, I made one today for a carnival!! 10/10
Tysmm thats soo nice 💞💞💞✨
This video is a literal perfection! I reached 8:59 till now and every stitch is working with me so nicely and smooth just as the video ! I just have a recommendation for you , when inserting the hook in a chain , I’d really like from you to zoom in the camera so we can see in which chain you inserting the hook in cause the RUclips zoom is for real low quality, and thank you so much for your awesome tut and great work !
Thank you so much 💕💕💕
this is so cute and your voiceover is so clear. really made this project easy and fun :) thank you
Yayy thank you sm 😘💞💞💞
I'm half way done with it this tutorial is so good I love the way you explained it in the best way possible that's a lot ❤❤

Thank you sm lovely 💞💞
This video is super helpful!!! I love how you go in depth! I just made my first cat beanie and it came out perfect c: TYSM
Thank you lovelyyy, Im soo glad to know💗
Just finished this hat after two days and it's so small it doesn't fit right on my head 😂
That being said, it's perfect for a beginner like me and for my very first project I'm still super proud of it! Thank you
Hi there💞 I'm glad you still like the tutorial anyways🧶 maybe if you like to give it another chance, here's some tips:
your piece would turn out smaller or larger than the pattern bc of different materials.
Thank you. I made it in a couple hours and it is cute. I made it for a child as a gift. I hope they like it!💜
Yayy, they definitely will😍💕
i’m going to be getting the materials for this ! i wanna start croteching as a hobby and i’m super excited ! i watched this video fully because it is so interesting and you explain everything so well! will check in after i have done this :)
Have fun!💕
Omg! Thanks for the tutorial. I made my first crochet and it turned out really good🥺💗💗💗
Great job!💞💞💞
Your instructions were so easy to follow. I just finished crocheting this hat and it’s my first timing picking a crochet needle. Turned out so pretty I’m really satisfied. Made it for my niece I hope she loves it!!
I bet she would definitely love it 💖🥰

I'm so glad you like this video 💞
Thanks!! I made my first One, and I'm going start to knitting my second one now

when u made it were the ears like noticeable? because I wanna make one but I want the ears to be like sticking out noticeably
This tutorial helped me so well !!! I love the way you explained everything !! Thank you so much ! :DD
Thabk youuu💞💞💞
I loved this video! I've done a couple of crocheted things already but I still enjoyed how begginer friendly this tutorial one, definitely recommended for anyone who's looking for their first project!
💞💞💞
Omg🥺💗💗💗 thank you soo much for your kind words🌻it means the world to me 💓💓
First time crocheting after 2 years. I think I did pretty well on the hat. I’m glad this tutorial was easy to follow!! 😭
I hope you like how it'll turn out💞
this is a super duper useful and AWESOME tutorial I can't believe I made it!!!❤❤ I love Cats so this is perfect for the winter 😊
I'm so glad!💞💞💞
@@ABoCStudio 😁😁but my beanie is quite loose on me how do I make it tighter?
@@nabiyarizvi7605 I can give you some suggestions💞! So, what yarn and hook size did you use? And the overall shape is loose or it got bigger at the end?
@@ABoCStudio Well I used 3 thin yarns 100%acrilic I don't know the hook and yarns size and I made it too loose 😔 and it took 4-5 days to make and A LOT OF YARN
I made my hat! It’s a little different but I really love it a lot! Thank you so much ❤
I've known the basic crochet stitches for years but never made a project until today. Your tutorial was very easy to follow, and my daughter loved the hat I made her! (Even though it's riddled with mistakes lol!) I will be making this again very soon and hope that the next one is even better!
Thank you so much 💕
this is amazing :) ive never crocheted before and i still havent/ dont have tools and you taught me so much, thank you for this :))
Omg 💗😭🔥 how is that possible??!!! Thank you soo much💗💗
already made two of these hats and am wearing one right now
Thank youu😘💞💞💞
great tutorial!! just a tip to avoid the crooked line. turn your work around every row that way it will come out straight, happy crocheting
You're absolutely right 💗💗💗
