- Ghost Adventures is one of the most ridiculous, over the top and cringe paranormal investigating shows I have ever seen, and while Ghost Adventures is wore than you thought, it is absolutely beautiful. It stars Zak Bagans who is a massive narcissist and loves the ghosts more than his fellow investigators, but this show is just so insane so I figured I'd share some of Ghost Adventures funniest moments with you all. Zak has got to be the biggest drama queen of any paranormal show, getting "Possessed" every second show...lol!
Their first ghost documentary about the Goldfield Hotel was really good when they started, it was shown on the Scy Fy Channel, but they were never picked up, they found their home on the Travel Channel network, unfortunately over the years Zak’s ego grew and became a drama queen and that’s when Nick Groff left the team.
Yeah the first 6-7 season were good but then they got popular and it went downhill fast. I still watch because it’s comedy gold now

Who cares nobody cares I watch the show for entertainment to see how much they scream out how much they run away. It’s all in good fun you can be a ghost hunter too, if you want.

I’ve watched Ghost Adventures from the very beginning in 2008 and have been a fan since. It’s no surprise that Zak would have a lot of haters due to his success. People will always find something to nitpick. No other ghost hunting show has been as entertaining and informative/educational as this one. I just like their approach to investigating the paranormal. And as for Zak bullying Aaron, that’s been their dynamic from the very beginning. Aaron is just as brave or braver than Zak to be put into those creepy rooms and Zak always plays the bossy drama queen because that’s what his ‘character’ on this show is supposed to be.
Thankyou for your comment i am the same. Ive been watchung for a while ever since i was 13 and have came to the same conclusions as you. No other team is as entertaining and well put together like Ghost Adventures. Nothing i have seen so far. Ill always be entertained by their reactions. The interviews are always good too. Its a really good show im so glad they have reached season 28 hahah
Yeah I am the same, I've always enjoyed it because you know it's fake. You can just shut off the logical part of your brain and embrace the stupidity. Just makes for an entertaining ride like a Michael Bay film.

You are incorrect. Their initial documentary was filmed and shown on the sci-fi channel in 04 the series didn't start until 07. So the series is 16 years-old. Nick left after co-creating the show and 10 years because Zak is a tool.

There´s a stark difference between the earlier seasons and the newer ones, although, despite Zacks penchans for being a drama queen i still watch the show, if not just to see what evidence they may capture. The last special in particular (Lake of death) had some really fucking bizarre shadow creature in the tunnels.
Wanted to enjoy the video but my god the sound mixing is way off. The episode is soo quiet then you just jump in 15db too loud screaming into the mic.
I put this show on when i need to fall asleep it knocks me out within 20 minutes every single time

I watched Zak way before TV and slowly his shows got more ridiculous. As soon as he said he knows when Demons are around, I knew the only demon there was him. Funny how he gets possessed now and again yet he never has proof of anything. Video can be altered on TV. Then to make things worse, he ends EVERY episode with questions he was suppose to have answered. What's the point??
Thomas Edison had only a 4th grade education. He was not qualified to be a scientist much less an inventor but he was. Jon Bon Jovi was a night janitor in the beginning not a singer performer . People evolve out of places and passions. Zak is a performer and a talent for investigating the paranormal. So are you Keith. You got the drama. Maybe Zak can fit you into an episode.

I actually have been a fan of Ghost Adventures since it started and was obsessed with it until Destination Fear started then Zak started problems for them so now they are on You Tube. Since me finding You Tube paranormal during COVID, I have found SOOOOOO Many Awesome paranormal teams that are fantastic. Ghost Adventures hadn't put out any new episodes till recently and I have yet to watch, but I'm sure I will.
I was finding that Aaron was being bullied by Zak allot until he pulled in Jay and Billy and turned it to poor Jay. They take it because Zak runs the show. Also funny that what made them famous, hunting by themselves without a film crew following them around is now exactly what they have. He has his own assistant to do ANYTHING he asks. Just a new person to talk down too. I'm still a true GA Fan, but they have fallen far down the list.

I was watching watching the most recent show of ghost adventures can't remember episode name, but this alarm clock that suddenly fell off the coffee table 😂 I replayed it to where they walked in this hotel room, and it was on the coffee table to where it couldn't fall off then all sudden it was up against the wall and the table to where it can fall off 😂 I knew something didn't look right

The first 6-7 seasons of this show were good as Zak, Aaron and Nick actually seemed like they were legitimately looking for spirits but as the show got more popular it started getting ridiculous as Zak was getting “possessed” every episode and demons were at every place they went. Now Zak has a big head and made problems for Destination Fear because they were getting popular and from what Nick says Zak has pretty much derailed his career.. I still watch as a guilty pleasure because it is comedy gold but it’s definitely changed for the worse

I agree that bagans is a fraud, but what's with the comments about not having any qualifications to be a ghost hunter? The qualifications for being a paranormal investigator are, own a camera. That's it. The percentage of "ghost hunters" with any kind of education specifically in that field, is definitely a single digit number. I mean the guys from "ghost hunters" were plumbers. At least their show was worth watching, unlike anything made by zak bagans.

Dude... EVERYBODY has to start somewhere. I am not advocating for Zak by NO means (he was GOOD on the SCI-FI channel) . BUT you need to stop slamming on people that are just getting started in the paranormal field... 10-15 years is JUST getting started...... it is tough.. and credentials are few and far between. I have been at it 35+ years and still struggling. Give us ALL a break. I hope that you open your eyes and give credit to us all. Good luck with YOUR future and this channel.

I think Zaks ego really popped out, when he didn't allow Nick to share the video clip from the hospital with his wife and first child, into the show. I'm sure Zak has always had an ego, but I think it may be in overdrive now. I do still enjoy the show, but it's definitely changed.

Hey dude what kind of “qualifications” do you think you need to be a ‘paranormal investigator’? Like, I’m not really sure if they offer that as a college degree anywhere I’ve checked. And if you ask me, they probably had the idea to use their education in ‘film making’ for this type of show, especially since, Zak had an paranormal experience when he was a kid. (That’s referenced in his first book). I think they brought an awareness to paranormal investigating and a certain style that made it extremely interesting and informative. I , myself watched that show every week for a lot of years. I also studied the paranormal among other things and their can be a high risk of actually doing damage to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and it should not be taken lightly or by just anyone. And really, I can tell that you formulated your opinion and humor on very few episodes. You left out several of the more compelling episodes with non-deniable evidence such as Proveglia Island, the Shanghai Tunnels and the Dumas Brothel. The former 2 are places I know well as I’ve lived in Portland, OR for over 10 years where the Shanghai Tunnels are located and my hometown I lived in and grew up in is Butte, MT, where the Dumas Brothel is. And with the history of both locations especially Butte, there is so much paranormal activity it’s unreal. I myself lived in a historical landmark (listed in the US register of historical places) mansion that was converted into apartments in uptown Butte. And it was definitely haunted and that was when I was 20-22 years old and really before I started studying the paranormal. It is very real. You might have sounded funny and all and entertaining to listen to and I see that must be how you get subscribers and likes to make money, and that’s great for you if you truly can make money making fun of someone else’s talents, but to me, you show a real lack of respect and definitely a huge lack of research in educating yourself about Zak or his show. I honestly think that people are being way too hard on Zak Bagans lately and should back off. And stop whining and complaining about things that they really have no evidence on such as Zak getting their shoes canceled or whatever. His show was a great success and it was and will be very difficult to do anything that can compare to it. AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE. And so people seem to be really jealous and want to sit and all of a sudden nit pick at any and everything he’s done and compare it with earlier episodes and whatever and it’s just all really immature bullshit to me. You all need to grow up and stop trying to make money off of badmouthing someone because you can’t be as creative or as popular as someone else, as in Zak himself and/or Ghost Adventures. It’s really all just like bullying him to me, and then trying to gaslight people into thinking he’s the bully. Grow up people. I see right through all of it and anyone with a sense of objectivity and half a brain in that head can to.

The Goldfield Hotel flying rock episode was interesting, but i had read that zak refused to allow any scientific analysis of thr actual video footag to see if it was CGI or manipulated. Killed their credibility. Then Zak was possessed every show acting fake rage. He made a whole career out of it so he made a good living for doing shit.
What qualifications do you need to be a paranormal investigator? Get a video camera and go to places that are supposed to be haunted. Film throughout.

I believe in spirits and think sometimes it's real...but I also believe the times it is real is fewer than what is on the show. Like if you believe they don't embellish, exaggerate or make something up when nothing happen you are insane lol. Also Zak started to annoy me too much with his freakin mood swings becuse he was possessed or something. It was fun but ugh I cannot defend how dramatic he got. I also feel bad for Arron everytime. I don't think it's acting when he doesn't want to go. I can be wrong but you can sometimes hear genuine pissed off or real fear which kinda worries me. Zak loves it, Arron sounds like something really fucked him up and now he is afraid to push too much.

People who think this show is 100% real gets me. I believe in the paranormal and this show probably captures maybe 40% legit encounters....but come on. The possessions are so fake. He acts like the ghost/demon using basic history of the ghost but when asked specifically dates or harder questions he always starts tripping out cause he doesn't know lol

When it comes to Nik quitting. No one else as viewers know what has been said between Nick and Zackary. But I have red that Nik broke a rule in the contract for GA as a show. By making his own show and that was not allowed. If this is true than I can understand that there maybe were conflict between those two. But I still have no reason to dislike them!

What qualifications do you have? Masters in body language? Or similar, do you have any degrees of doctorates in what you are judging. Everyone has an opinion and you are entitled to yours. So you should be saying “in my opinion and limited life experience “ this is how I (you) see this program. You shouldn’t judge ppl in these clips if you don’t know them or know not a thing about them. Thank you for your opinion, thank goodness we all have our own or this world we live in would be boring.

You don't have to say "in my opinion" when giving an opinion, especially if the talk is long because the listener is going to get pretty tired of hearing "in my opinion" every paragraph. It's also insulting to the listeners because the assumption is that the listener isn't aware/smart enough to discern that.
You also don't need qualifications to be learned either.

I think it’s really cool that people are still discovering this show, DESPITE what a joke it is today. It’s just fun to see the paranormal world grow, from every aspect, skeptic, thrill seeker, scholar, hobbyist.. it’s one of the few fields that anyone and everyone can engage in and all be completely different in perspective and motivation, right!?
- I only occasionally hate-watch an episode or two the last several seasons of GA. They were a fun watch in the earliest seasons, each teammate seemed to have chemistry, Zak didn’t have that monstrous ego yet, and they at least attempted to do some honest to goodness investigating and debunking. It’s obvious to everyone how poorly the honest investigations and investigation teams do compared to the over produced and sensationalized, often entirely scripted , or outlandish groups do. But, Discovery didn’t want another TAPS, and that formula itself has barely managed to sustain and rejuvenate itself over the years anyway, also suffering from dubious evidence/experiences, (the usual). As Zak became the focal point of every single episode, and everything became demonic, and the theatrics and characters brought onboard got zanier and kookier, the worst the show got (for anyone actually hoping to see investigating, not just idjits screaming or running awayyyy from everything, faking possession, and panic attacks, and so on, so forth). Plus, as seasons passed you see more toxicity and abuse, mostly from Zak to the crew.
I think I’ve not watched the program for a full season since maybe s9? They’d just jumped shark and really began to lose all their charm. I didn’t find it at all surprising when Nick parted ways with the team, and never even questioned why. I only questioned and continue to question why Aaron, (later Billy and Jay), stay on. Unless they were watching the behind the scenes fallout that plagued Nick Groff… then, I suppose fear of going off on your own or being stuck in contracts and kept from moving on or making money in your career (tv ghost productions is a limited and competitive space already, as is), because, being blacklisted by your vindictive ex colleague like others had been around them would probably make any ghost hunting personality hesitant to break free. Still I watch an episode every now and again.
Anyway, picking on the woman leaning in this review(?) seems an odd and rude place to begin the criticism. Leaning like that could be due to hip pain or injury, could be due to MS, could be a way to prevent fidgeting from nervousness, could be body language denoting impatience or discomfort of the Indy ideal towards someone near. It’s such a bizarre launching point though. Just a tiny criticism from nobody. ^_^ enjoyed the video, regardless.

They found out places they investigated had gas leaks, that causes hallucinations and confusion mostly from what I remember so bro please be careful, it’s happened too many times people tripping on gas thinking they are haunted by demons. A proper experience would be some sort of gas mask to filter these cases out and know 100% what your dealing with
