Something that seems small to one person can mean the world to someone else. You can see the pride in Steve's eyes when he saw his name on that jersey. Class act by the Raider's staff 💪🏾
Not a big emotional person but to see Steve take time out his day, after all those years of playing, and try to give back to his community, by giving us entertainment and making the fans and people laugh. No pro player in the nfl or nba has done anything like him. Hats off to the nfl, raiders, and STEVE SMITH. THE LEDGEN!
I love Steve highlighting all the behind the scenes legends that make watching and or going to an NFL game so fun. A lot of thankless, yet essential jobs
I love how Steve Smith Sr. was so proud to receive his jersey with his name on it. He is definitely the perfect person for this segment on the NFL. Looking forward to watching more episodes.
As a Steelers fan I was sad seeing him retired, loved how hard dude played & how he would ball against us.. so im happy they made this series w one of my favorite players of all time.
I would've never thought Steve Smith would be such a great host. This was definitely carried by how genuine of a person he seems. You can tell he's genuinely enjoying all of it and is super humble
Considering she is 45,and how accomplished she is professionally, she is way better than decent. I would love to hear who you think is better than decent. @@ILYChrome
The ending was awesome! That meant a lot to him. It just shows guys who are as tough as he is still has feelings and real men do cry. Never be ashamed for doing so
This brought me to tears, as he mentioned how his grandfather would see every Raiders game, and it reminded me of my best friend, who would always see the Kansas City, and how they became my team of choice, and to be honest, if I could say something to the Chiefs organization, it would have to be keep doing what you are doing, and to the NFL keep making the game more amazing.
I remember reading the rumors when panthers released him and one of the teams interested were the raiders. Oh how I was hoping they’d get a deal done. Would’ve been fun to watch
Steve Smith, Sr. is the Mike Rowe of odd jobs of the NFL. This is absolutely necessary to evolve this game. Steve is a National treasure. Keep this series going, please.
The gratitude and humility Steve has always impressed me but the kindness towards food services staff speaks so much more. We all tearing up at the end lol
Amazing show 👏🏼 fans get to see what is to behind the scenes of just 1 regular game but these guys do it everyday for concerts shows etc … awesome I enjoyed watching this
This series is so much fun to watch, Steve is just perfect for it. I can't wait to see him go to Green Bay! Maybe he could work with the tour guides at Lambeau Field, go work in the Hall of Fame and the Pro Shop too! Or perhaps as part of the stadium ops team.
I'm sure his Grandpa Frank Smith would be ecstatic that Steve was in the suite with legend Jim Plunkett! Goosebumps when Steve teared up at the end. #RaiderNation!!
this was cool, he didnt act too good for it or try to dismiss it by making unnecessary jokes like a lot of celebs or athletes do in positions like these
This was an exciting video to find. It happens to be a flash glance into a day in the life of myself. For 4 years I was a chef in the culinary dept. at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA,. It's the new S.F. 49ers home, opened in 2015. It is quite a sophisticated operation of professional highly trauned chefs that work countless hours not only on game days during football season, ...but full time, year round. There are the consessions of course, but much, much more. We are the sole source for all of the levels of dining at the stadium, including high-end culinary that caters to the various Private Clubs, V.I.P.'s Only clubs, Owners Boxes, Alumni Clubs, Box Suites, Corporate Events, Corporate Executives Meetings, etc. Unfortunately this segment doesn't provide any measure of the full scale of culinary operations that take place in a major NFL stadium. Starting with the Main Culinary Kitchen below. the seating sections. Its like a seperate, unseen private world that fans never get to see going on below them. Fascinating to anyone who hasn't seen or experienced it.
There’s ppl starving all over the united states as I’m writing this comment & it breaks my heart that they make food in the thousands & not all of it gets eaten. 1,500 meat balls, 1,500 Wagyu brisket, 800 lbs king crab, 15k hot dogs yet the unfortunate homeless ppl in Las Vegas are going to sleep with an empty stomach & waking up with an empty stomach
I hate the Raiders, or used to hate the raiders. Wink wink, because I’m a Chiefs fan. But this is a great video. All the videos agent 89 does are fantastic. Hail the NFL.
It’s pretty funny some of these teams treat Steve Smith like he’s Mike Rowe trying to put him to the test. We’ve seen hard and dirty jobs before we wanna see Steve being Steve doing stuff behind the scenes that we don’t get to see ever.
Something that seems small to one person can mean the world to someone else. You can see the pride in Steve's eyes when he saw his name on that jersey. Class act by the Raider's staff 💪🏾
🎉😊 long time Giants fan here I ripped two teams down Giants all the way AFC team is the Raiders🎉❤
best part of the video
Speaking as a pro cook, when he turned the corner wearing the chef coat and ready to work...I wanted to hire him on the spot.
Go Cubs Go DA BEARS 🐻 🐻❄ 😤 💪 👏 😎 ❤
that lady handled it perfectly
I am quite touched by Mr. Smith Sr. His Grandfather would be so proud of the man he is.
Cooked for 60k, Cooked One(Jerry Jeudy)

Just another video showcasing why Steve Smith Sr. is such a loveable guy! Keep these videos coming NFL!

Best video yet. How can you not like this man. Such a stand up guy.
The ending was awesome! That meant a lot to him. It just shows guys who are as tough as he is still has feelings and real men do cry. Never be ashamed for doing so
This video wouldn’t have been possible with out the raiders staff. Nothing but Steve smith having fun being a chef. Once a raider, always a raider.
I love this series!!! Please keep it going

He is the embodiment of an old school raider!
I remember reading the rumors when panthers released him and one of the teams interested were the raiders. Oh how I was hoping they’d get a deal done. Would’ve been fun to watch
I’m sure they have more staff, but a 4 man crew prepping all of that is a lot and i commend them for it
yea I'm pretty sure they have multiple teams around the stadium doing the same thing as they are.
It's amazing how diffrent the food is. From concession stands to the VIP sections.
Steve Smith, Sr. is the Mike Rowe of odd jobs of the NFL. This is absolutely necessary to evolve this game. Steve is a National treasure. Keep this series going, please.
You are always welcome in the Silver and Black Steve. Once a Raider always a Raider.

The gratitude and humility Steve has always impressed me but the kindness towards food services staff speaks so much more. We all tearing up at the end lol
Such a cool concept, NFL. Good on ya for showing the little things it takes for such successful franchises to be great.
That meatball wasn't it 😂 That reaction says it all!
😂😂 I was watching his face the whole time
My favorite part of the show is seeing how much everyone loves Steve. Everywhere he goes, no matter the team, everyone knows and loves him.
Steve Smith Sr. is a legend. More pls
Steve your grandpa would be proud. You showed his team some love and respect. RAIDERSSSSSSSSSS
Steve needs his own show on television. He could really take this show far and would provide amazing content surrounding the NFL.
I love these videos !! Go head Steve !!!
The love steve gets is welll.deserved. its been a while since you see the whole NFL community comment about how cool steve is
Lol I love that reaction to the jersey. Guy just wants to be involved! Keep going SS!

Calling Jacoby Ford a Raiders Legend is a stretch. But great video as always
That’s what I was thinking! Lol
Jacoby watching that part : 😏
Steve did well he also looks like he could still play today. "They get the tip💰" Respect.

He’s a funny guy. You can tell he has done a few of these and not been so into it, the referee one he did he didn’t enjoy 😂

Great to see Jim Plunkett still active with the Raiders.
